Got 32gb spy pen cam on Aug 10th from Go Javas for rs1400. Pen cam is defective so contacted customer care [protected] on the same day.they asked us to resend the defective product to power line energy, 944/3, faiz road, Karol Bach, new Delhi.and they promised to replace the defective by 3 working days.I have resend the product and called customer care for replacement .now simply they are saying we will call you back.we don't know and disconnecting...

I have purchased one spy pen from live cam tv shop invoice no 3964 dated 9/8/2014 and the same was deliverd by JAVAS at my address Borah Bhawan, TRP Road, Bharalumukh, Guwahati-9, Kamrup, Assam, India, on 14/8 2014 at evening, but the product is not working from the same day, after followed by their instruction of operating.
