Hi there,

I purchased a Live Tech Gamepad Wired USB PC Controller from Amazon on March 9, 2021. I am having an issue with the left stick of the controller. It doesn't work properly. The controller is still in warranty.

I tried calibrating the device through the driver but no change.

On Amazon it says, the controller comes with 1 warranty.

I would like to claim the warranty for replacement. I already had a word with Amazon support and they gave me the email address.

I contacted "Live Tech" via email, as suggested by Amazon customer support. It's been more than a week however, I haven't heard back from them.
