Livepure — Complaint Against Livpure for Deficiency in Service, Harassment, and Failure to Honor Warranty Obligations

I wish to lodge a complaint against Livpure regarding the poor after-sales service and failure to resolve a warranty-related service request despite repeated follow-ups.

I raised a service request on[protected] for my Livpure RO water purifier, which had become non-functional. The product is covered under the manufacturer's one-year warranty and an extended warranty for the second year.

On the same day, the assigned service representative, Mr. Sameer Mohd, contacted me and informed me that he would be unable to visit. He requested a reschedule code and assured me that the service would be attended the following day. I shared the code as requested; however, no technician visited, nor did I receive any further communication from him.

Over the following days, I made several attempts to contact the service representative and Livpure customer support. On[protected], after repeated follow-ups, the representative informed me that another technician would visit my residence by 2:00 PM. When no one arrived, I contacted him again and was informed that the technician was nearby and would attend the service on the same day. Once again, no visit took place.

I have also contacted Livpure customer care multiple times to escalate the matter. Each time, I was kept waiting on calls for prolonged periods ranging from 10 to 20 minutes, after which the calls were disconnected or I was provided only generic assurances that reminders would be sent to the service manager. No effective action has been taken to resolve the issue.

As of[protected], seven days after raising the complaint, the RO purifier remains non-functional. I have received no meaningful assistance, no confirmed service schedule, and no response from the assigned service representative despite repeated calls and messages.

Further, I was informed by the service representative that I would be required to pay for replacement of the RO filter, despite the product being under warranty coverage. This has raised concerns regarding the company's compliance with its warranty commitments.

The conduct of the company and its representatives amounts to:

Deficiency in service.
Failure to provide warranty support within a reasonable time.
Negligence and lack of customer support.
Harassment and mental agony caused by repeated false assurances and unfulfilled commitments.
Significant inconvenience due to the unavailability of safe drinking water and the need to repeatedly follow up for a basic warranty service.

I request the concerned authority to direct Livpure to:

• Immediately resolve the service issue and restore the product to working condition.
• Honor all valid warranty obligations without imposing unjustified charges.
• Provide a written explanation for the delay and failure in service.
• Compensate me for the inconvenience, harassment, and mental distress caused by the company's negligence.
• Take appropriate action to prevent similar treatment of consumers in the future.

I am prepared to provide copies of the service request details, call logs, messages, warranty documents, and any other supporting evidence as required.
