Dear Livpure Team,
I purchased a Livpure water purifier on 30 September 2025. Within just three months of installation, I have already raised four service complaints due to water not dispensing from the unit.
During the 4th service visit, the service engineer confirmed that there is a PCB/board issue and informed me that the board would be replaced. The job sheet number for this visit is JS No: JS-[protected] dated 31 December 2025.
However, till date, no one has visited to replace the part, despite my daily follow-ups with your service team. I have also escalated the issue multiple times through your toll-free customer care, but there has been no response from the assigned executives or managers whose numbers were shared.
This level of service is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. If this is the situation within the first three months of purchase, I am genuinely concerned about the after-sales support in the future if the product fails again.
I hereby request a permanent and immediate solution, one of the following:
Immediate replacement of the faulty board and confirmation of proper working, or
Replacement of the product / full refund, or
A written confirmation stating that Livpure is unable to service or replace parts for my location, so I can return the product.
I would like to clearly state that the product quality may be good, but the service experience has been extremely poor.
Please treat this matter as urgent and provide a written response within 48 hours, failing which I will be forced to escalate this issue to higher authorities and consumer forums.
