Livguard — poor service centre/customer care services

Sir i am a. Kumar of daudnagar, aurangabad (Bihar). I made a complain regarding relay problem of the product for which i recieved an acknowledgement mentioned below-

Dear customer, your service request no. Js[protected] happy code # allocated for 11/04/2018 to aurangabad power system, [protected]. Please contact with customer care for all further queries.

Technician with one associate visited the address. Opened the product told that one relay will have to be replaced. I dont know what he did but stablizer remained non functional. Ok before leaving he told that tomorrow he will visit again but for now he will have to deposit inr 472. I told him if the work is not done why today i have to give inr 472. Change relay and i will give rs 472 + cost of relay rs 322. He adviced me to tell the customer care that work is being done. I did so it was my fault.
Chapter closed he vanished from scene. I dont know what he did to the stabizer it got heated up that night and the capacitor or some part got melted. He never came back no contact.. Nothing.
After three days on 15th of april another technician came. Opened the stablizer.. Told me to get all 4 relays will have to be changed. Some how i told him to make some arrangement that stablizer start functioning.
He changed two relays but it didn't worked.
The main thing he told me to give him 472 rs service charge and 644 rs cost of relay plus he insisted on demanding the replaced relays. I told him if i am paying for new parts why i will return the damaged part. They even threatened that they will open up the stabilizer again and will take out the parts. Aisa hota hai kya? Khel bna diya hai in logo ne. A lot of argument started without ending.
Conclusion: stabilizer is still non-functional.

I request company people to assign service centre to those who have atleast basic knowledge of product and atleast have some descency. I will sue the service centre people in consumer court.

My main line steblizer model LM510S is under warranty, now a days not working. A sound occur like (kit kit...?.) And voltage drop, discontinue line. Please repair it.
BATTERY not replaced in 21 days
