Inverter not working...

Battery working but lights and fans are not working...

My livguard battery is not working properly. Mr Pintu kumar checked the battery by livguard. But the battery is not replaced. Kindly solved my problem....

I got problem in my inverter a few days back I call to customer care and make complaint to for it but no one come to check the inverter due to electricity issues I lost my interview ...No one provide any solution from last 2 days... I need my money back livgaurd is fraud the harms emotion of customer...

Battery Not takean Charge...

Sir i am a. Kumar of daudnagar, aurangabad (Bihar). I made a complain regarding relay problem of the product for which i recieved an acknowledgement mentioned below-

Technician with one associate visited the address. Opened...

Services of livguard are very bad i complained about my product failure. They told me that their service engineer will visit me within 24 hours. But nobody came to rectify problem of my stablizer after 4-5 days they dropped a msg you complain has been closed. I complained again same issue no attendant came.. Its been a month i am complaining again and again but no proper measures were taken to resolve my problem.
ITS BEEN A VERY BAD...

I have purchased a voltage stabilizer of livguard on dt 10.4.2016. I have made a complaint on 14.5.2016 vide complaint no. Js[protected] with the happy code which i have to give the engineer who will attend my complaint. The complaint was attended on 16.5.16 but not rectified and i was not share the happy code with the enginner but company closed my complaint on same day i, e 16.5.16. Again i have made a complaint for the same reason on 19.5.16...

I purchased livguard it 1672 tt battery from flipkart. In August 202.battery full warranty is 42 months. But only after one month o[censored]ses battery not given up backup. I complain so many times to customer care. They not taken strict action. Enginner visit after 4 days and said battery ok. But again I complain. Till now customer care not replace my battery and enginneer not solve problem. Very rude behave

Battery backup is not proper it works 2-3hour in a day on single fan nd 3led buld light

I have purchased lg900 of livgurad as on 31.7.2021... your product is too bad that you should stop production of your product... i am facing problem from the day I have purchased your company products... i have made complaint 5 times but no solution was provided... this is last time i am making complain... after that i will throw your product on road and never purchase your company products and also suggest others not to buy your company products... too bad products of your company... too too bad... so shameful

I got problem in my inverter a after 7 month. I call to customer care and make complaint to for it but no one come to check...he says come today but no body come

This is to call for your attention on the dissapointment i am facing with your service, my stabilizer is within guarantee period and, more than 1 month has been passed and still no action has been taken by the service center to cure the problem. Service man had came and opened the stablizer but still the stabilizer is not working, than he came 2nd time but still it is of no use, even he took it for 15 days to his service center but hell it is still non functional a worst (Kit kit...) sound with voltage drop has been occuring. Again i called the service center and request for the replacement or service they provide me request no: js[protected] but yet i didn't get any response, even i posted my complain too they even not reply me back, but this is high time now either you replace the stabilizer or i have to go to the consumer court for further discussion, so replace it asap.

Sir i hv bought a livguard stablizer in may 2016. Now a days i have faciang voltage fluctuations problem so many times thats why my ac is not properly working i hv lodged a complain two days back wide nb
Js[protected] happy code 782. To whom one of your mechanic came and after seed he tells that there is no any problem.
Although i show a another stablizer in my other room of same company and same model which was good.
