I have trading account no. 61000040 with lkp, new delhi. In my acount 02 lots of zinc has been bought without my ringing up from registered mobile no.
Then there was a call to take a margin of 04 lots that i did not know. Subsequently, i went to hospital for my covid tests as i am covid poosotive.
Since i was busy with medical rests and was informed that the buyer has put stop loss..Ultimately got a message that there is loss of rs. 25000.00 in my account.
Negotiations went with buyer and it was told that tge lossess will be compentiated by the person who sufferred loss by the name ravi.
How can a trade take place without my ringing up. Personally from registered mobile number.
I want issue be bresolved and my m0ney be returned to me. That is rs. 25000.00
this is utter fraud by m/s lkp securities. My money should be returned.
Non receipt of timely response, i will be forced to report the matter to sebi.
Request consider the case as urgent and call up on [protected].

I have already paid the outstanding amount and still LKP Securities is not sending me forms to close demat and trading accounts for the deceased account holder.

Hello Dear All,
First time I wrote to LKP Team, Your Service feeling day by day horrible compared to other Brokerage Firms.

I already informed Mr Kaushal Joshi and Manojbhai regarding this Matter, From Today Morning I tried on phone call with Manojbhai and on Mobile App also to square Off my Position From 9.15 am onwards. But Due to your LKP software failure, I suffered Loss of More than 10, 000/- on Two Trade of 23700 Call and 24000 Call which i cannot convert in to Zero Position.

As I have Little Bit Knowledge Of trading that's why I made position of Banknifty 2 Call of 23700 call On Buy side by Hedging by Sold of Banknifty 2 call of 24000 Call, As all knows in this trade If Live Trade Came at 24000 Level and Above of Some Lvl that time I can generate Maximum Profit, So from Today Morning on 03 September, I tried Lot to square off my above 2 position but Due to your Software Failure i didn't make it.

I have some other Brokerage Firm account also in Zerodha, MOtilal Oswal and Sherkhan and In that No issue of any Limit order or any type of Software issue, So ITS Completely LKP Software Failure, No Issue From NSE or BSE.

One More Pathetic Experience is that How Mr Kaushal Joshi Talk to Us, They talk like they are Chairman and CEO of LKP Securities LTD, and I felt that they have no Sense about how to talk with Clients If any Clients talked about their complaints.

I am Very much upset with LKP Team Experience, If My Trade Money does not return to my Ledger then its Convert into my Closer of Account. Today I feel that LKP Securities Ltd do not want to support Clients and Ultimately they didn't want to Solve Complaints Of Their Clients, I will Send Complaint to SEBI, NSE, NEWS Channels IF Money is not Credited to my Ledger Account.

Manojbhai also stays in touch very much cooperatively often whenever this type of error Occurred in Past, But Pathetic Experience felt after talking with Mr Kaushal Joshi and If my complaints are not Solved, I will Definitely Close my Account with LKP. I attached my Order Snapshot that I didn't know how My order will Cancel of 24700 call at 245.

Now Onwards LKP is Fully Responsible for 24700 Call and they have to Square Off position at whatever price but LKP have to Credit My Money at 245 Rate of
24700 Banknifty Call.
Complete Failure of LKP Team and Make Force to Client Booked Loss.

I have open my d mat account with lkp with the help of broker abhijeet janve. He said he will do trading in my account. Before trading he will call me regarding which share he is going to buy. But this person purchase 117 share for rs 395 each. Aftet that he got to know that share price is going down. Here he did partial trading. At that time i face loss for 3000 rs. After that i ask him to sale this share and credit my account because share price is continuesly going down. But he ask me to hold and now he is not receving my call and send me the message that he is out of india. But he is in india only. I think he is just avoiding me. Right now i am in loss for amount rs 28000 and i am not getting any proper guidance and suggetions. Could you please register complaint against him and confirm why he did trading without informing me. If possible please contact me on [protected].

I need some action to be done on my equity holding. I do take services from lkp securities to do so through their broker. Today, as he is ill he could not answer my call hence i was trying to opt services from their customer care centre contact number but no one was picking up call when i tried calling 3 to 4 times. All the times the auto voice note was running saying all executives are busy. Kindly consider my issue and i would like to report this failure from the company side to address issues of customers.
It has caused me tremendous agony and stress and loss of my valuable time.

Vysya bank cid no.10477889 and in 2012 transferred my a/c to your company. Mr. Madhusudhan. K. Who was employee of iifl key relation manager assisted me to transfer above account. I got retired from service in 2013 and started leaving at my native place hubli, karnataka. I was in belief that my shares are in safe and secured with you.
I have to undergo medical treatment, thought that my share amount may help me in this critical occasion, i visited your infantry road, bangalore office on[protected] and found that your statement is showing that nil balance.
How can shares are sold and withdrawn without my knowledge and intimation? Where the amount has gone? This is absulately fraud case and very serious one. I request you to kindly investigate this matter and get my amount back immediately before i proceed legal complaints.

Dear sir, Mr.Gopi - RM of LKP, Punjagutta, Hyderabad has guided me wrongly that I am having ledger balance Rs.75000/- in my Account No.64000784 but when I have enquired with other person's on IDt.[protected], other staff told me the ledger balance is 0 and Mr.Gop / Venui is telling that our Lkp only done business in your Account with out your permission and sorry for the same and I have recorded the voice also and please help me in getting my balance Is, 75000/- to me y account..

Since last two months when i want to sell my shares than office person buy that share and when i asked for a difference they talked rudely... Since my last three transaction when i told for sell 10 no. Of shares mr. Manoj buy it and also same things with riyaz when i told her for sell 10 no. Of shares of icici he sold all 22 no. Of shares... This type of mistake was done by them every time. I was tired with discussing they people so i want to close my account... So please take some action on those people... Otherwise i will do legal procedure... And also give some training regarding how to talk with customers and how to operate the computer also... If any query call me on [protected]

My client code is 55010280, i have recently opened my account in lkp securities.in my following days i have seen a lot of misuse of funds in my accounts. Yesterday date : 23/08/2017 my broker shalini had sold my dhfl shares at rs 467 which i told her to sell at rs 473. I have proper recording and possible audio messages. Date : 24/08/2017 i strickly said my broker not to buy a perticular share dhfl at 9.34 am and still she bought it at rs 474.50 at 12.34 without my permission. I have the audio recording and a proper message to it too.

I am complaining that who will bear losses in profits and how can a company purchase shares without informing the account holder.

Almost more than 2 1/2 yrs., with this company, the online software has an inherent defect which company could not rectified... Most of the times 'chart loading ' of any script, gets 'cut off' the web page itself saying " odin 95 not responding and exits from the page - and automatically vanishes from the screen as well as...
Also the emails which sent, are not properly and timely executed

I had an account with LKP securities. Their representative Mr Ketan Gosai carried out F&O transactions without my knowledge & information. He always used very 'cryptic' language which I (being a novice in the stock market) could not understand. I also failed to decipher the monthly statements, because I trusted him fully. He carried on doing F&O in this manner for over a year. He kept giving false hopes that I would be in the profit very soon. In reality he kept booking huge losses. By the time I realised that he was doing F&O, it was too late & I had to book a huge loss. I complained to Lkp headoffice & Sebi, but at the time of opening the account they had taken many of my signatures & Lkp headoffice & Sebi did not take any action against Mr Ketan Gosai ! & at last I transferred my entire portfolio to Kotak securities, with which I am 100% satisfied. I would never ever do any business with Lkp. & I would recommend everyone to stay away from this 'systematic' fraudsters.

I have recently opened a trading account with LKP Securities through their Executive, Bishan S Negi and deposited an amount of Rs.50, 000/- with the Company. As soon as my account was opened, this man started trading in my account without my knowledge and bought 100s of lots of Bank Nifty and brought my balance with the Company in minus on the date of settlement on 30th March. When I asked how has this happened, he told me that he had a confirmed news and he thought at the end of the trading session he would give me a good news of making a huge profit but there as a debit balance of over Rs.14, 000/-. He was after me to clear the debit balance else he would not be paid his salary by LKP and his family would starve. He promised me that he would definitely make money in the next trading week. I believed him and again deposited Rs.50, 000/- but to my astonishment this money also has gone.

What conclusion I have made is that the Company must be using their team members to earn them huge brokerage so that they can pay their salaries. This is what this fellow Negi has done to me. May be out of my hard earned money of Rs.1, 00, 000/-, he must have earned more than Rs.40, 000/- as brokerage to his employer.

Kindly help me getting this complaint to the Company and make this person Negi to pay my money back. What other authorities I should use to get redressal to my money having gone waste.
