I am Kapil Dev Sharma. I opened an account in samco on the 5th of August 2021 with clint code RK32602. Samco claimed that they will provide a free subscription for 1 month. After that, you have to take subscription and that will be after your consent. After one month without my consent, they activated the subscription after one and half months. I have two A/C's with them viz DA32253 & DA32254. They have wrongly DEBITED me with 1700 & 15000 (excess) this morning. They are not trying to resolve my complaint as I have been following up with them since morning. No one is even bothered to vall back after promising me to do so. Remember thay this is not for the first time that this goo[censored]p has happened. Very disgusting & shameful act. In fact, it doubts their integrity....

My client code is DS30210.
I am day trader and makes good profit in each trade.
Recently I switched my account to samco securities.
To get the practice, I used small amount.
I transferred Rs. 7500 in my samco securities in the month of November 2021.
When I checked the historical profit and loss statement for the period from 03 November 2021 to 09 December 2021 it showed profit of Rs. 646 after all the taxes...

My Client code with samco is DC12580. I am requesting samco to change the mode of operation in my CSDL account so that I may transfer my demat holding with another DP participant. At least I called them 10 to 15 times and raies tickets on their support section but no one is caring... Who will be responsible for any financial loss.??

    My client id is DS54005.I have contacted several times over phone and email to close my account.As I understand tey need to send me a closure from which need to fill up and send.After following up multiple times they are not sharing the form.This is harrassment .How many times I need to follow up to get my account closed....

    Beware from this fraud broker,
    My user id is ra10841 i stopped trading almost 4 years ago but receiving daily annoying sms and mails when i asked to close my account they demand many signed copies by courier service which is not available these days due to covid.
    I also sent clarification email to close my account but they are not responding,
    They also debited my bank account with ecs mandate for samco securities p l has been setup under the mandate no. Icic[protected] on 03-may-17.
    This was 600rs without use of account.

    I do not suggest using this fraud broker and join them to trade in the market.
    Other brokers like tradeplus, sharekhan, religare all professionals i had account and they closed my account very quickly on just mails.
    SAMCO Securities customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        I Rinki Client code : DR38809 had recently opened a trading account with Samco. My first experience with Samco was not so great, I tried to transfer funds through UPI
        from a Stock Note application in the commodity section for 900/- rupees on 12th August 2020 at 5.32 pm which was not updated till date. I called up your customer service and they said the problem is at the bank's end. But to my consent the amount is deducted successfully...

          Samco Securities — technical problems regarding charts

          I am using samco since a month today. Daily i am facing some technical issues such as:
          1. 15 minutes charts don’t show
          2. App doesn’t open at 9 am and 10 am, the time when commodity and equity market open

          Samco Securities — not supporting

          Hello sir

          I yesterday but srf 2024 one lot system automatic marked square off for 1700. No intimation given. If intimation giving i will deposited money. After square off 1.30 hour later i have received sms stating that deposit money. I lost 1.62lacs without any intimation. And also not worked any square off during srf start falling. At the end srf 1932. Amount actual lost is rs 46000 but i lost 162000 your system not support....
