Mr. Lahu chavan from goregaon branch lkp had left the organization without intimating me and kept my money in options which was not closed. Eventually ending it in huge loss. The manager sanjay singh and lahu chavan are putting blame on each other without resolution. However i am penalised. This is totally unfair and i want reimbersument for the same.

I hold an account ( 4626D001) with LKP Securities, Kolkata Branch. My account is supervised by Mr. Swarup Bhattacharya ( Mobile no. [protected]). However since opening the account he is trading in my account at his own will without my knowledge and permission. Even after repeated request of stop trading he did not adhere me. Now my investment worth Rs 170000 becomes 90000. Please help.

We opened two d mat accounts in my name swaminathan munuswamy devaraj. Client no.12037001 & my wife smt. Pushpa devaraj client no. 00799737 during dec 2014 in delhi. The login & trading password were received for my wife but same not provided to me in spite of writing to mr. Suraj singh, asst area sales manage who lured me to open the d mat account with tall promises and assurances. Thus he deprived me from using the portal to monitor the status of my d mat account. Then i wrote to helpdesk also who could not provide any help. I had been sending mails to trade smart and many other officials for the last more than a year. But all in vain.
I gave physical share certificates in my name & in my wife's name for conversion into electronic form. As on date lkp securities did not convert the same in spite of discussion with mr. Ashok aggarwal & mr. Sunny kichloo. The whereabouts of the certificates still not known since mr. Sunny kichloo is not at all responding to my mails and in spite f meeting with him in my residence.
I deposited rs.5.40 lakhs for long term investment "not for trading" in my d mat account. All of a sudden i saw contract notes in my mail and found that mr. Suraj singh has been trading using my fund without my knowledge and taking advantage of my absence from country. I had not given ant instruction to do so. You can verify this. Thus he spent rs.3.90 lakhs of my hard earned retirement money.

Mr. Ashok aggarwal disappeared from the scene of my issue after finding that he was unable to find a solution. After my pursuation mr. Sunny kichloo came to my residence and promised to resolve the issues one by one first to convert the physical share certificates& second to refund rs.3.90 lakhs misused by mr. Suraj singh. He informed me that the two executives involved in my case have been fired for fraudulent activities. This is a proof that they misused my fund and hence i had been asking mr. Sunny kichloo to refund. But after the meeting and his promise he is keeping silent thinking that by not responding he can solve the issue based on out of sight & out of mind. But i am still keeping high hopes he will refund the money and return the share certificates.
Please arrange to bring it to the notices of decision making authorities and cause release of my money and return the share certificates. Thanking you. S. M. Devaraj & pushpa devaraj

Lkp chennai had unilaterally set off my positions without my consent. while margins are due on t+1 they adjust the positions during trading hours itself

Most disturbing is their severe fund crunch. they do not pay out even after the positions are closed and various reminders sent... it seems lkp is in dire financial straits.

Sebi, nse should immediately investigate

This is ridiculous to say that your person and staff member give the proper guidance on trading call. Every time they give call but fail. Though your person has come to my door step to ask me to open an account with our organization which I did. But it is your organization which has earned good brokerage from my account. I have suffered a loss of Rs.500000/-. All is done whatever call received from your people. It looks you people are sitting to kill the people. Is it your professionalism to make fool other and small investors. For a small investor Rs.500000/- is also a big amount. Your operator just to complete their target about the brokerage keeps on giving useless call and which works, There is no senior who can monitor such type of activity of misguiding. Does your senior management is happy with the remuneration. They least concern with the investor. They don't want new investor should come. How other brokerage house give the good calls why not your people. Is there any one in the senior management who can make such losses good. It is really a shame on a company's who is having bigger name in the market. Ashamed on you people.

Lkp securities agent ritesh sold all my shares of lnt finance and andhra bank in loss despite me telling them i am not approving of this. This was for 1 lakh rs.
On questioning why did they do this, they say it is a policy to keep moving shares and we will buy back once rate is good.In other words "i need brokerage, i dont care about your money". How can a company sell my shares against my wish?

Ritesh advised me to invest 2 lakh rs in a c grade company - centron alliances which is now delisted. My money - total of 4 lakhs is down the drain. He keeps making stories since 2 years saying he knows the promoter and it will come up. This is just to ensure i dont close my account.

Never ever invest in this company.

I have opened trading account with lkp securitiesa year back. My lkp account adviser called me on march 31 2016 (4 times) to me trade in my account for a trade lead they had. I said ok to him to go ahead for the trade. He has made more than 70 trade entries at his will through out the day into my account for which lkp has charged heavy brokerage charges which sum up to 55 thousand. The total trade amounts to 2.7 lacs. I had net 17 thousand loss at end of day for above trade entry. The got myy blind confirmation post trade execution with knowing the impact i said ok to them trusting the relationship manager that he is not doing any mischief.

I was not told of the new brokerage rate which lkp is telling me the default brokerage since my earlier subscription plan expired. This was not communicated to me and also trade adviser has not given me details on new brokerage rates, charges and trade events in lot size, price which he executed. Neither adviser consulted me that he will do such a heavy number of transactions.

I tried called their helpdesk but they are not listening to me. Lkp is saying it is default brokerage applied to your account. Also lkp adviser is passing trade events ownership to me of all trade entries he has done into my account.

As a customer service why i was not advised from lkp for change in my scription plan and heavy trade entry into my account which eroding my capital in name of brokerage.

I took the case with nse igrp but they are telling ti is blanket approval you have given to lkp to make trade into your account and their there is no code or conduct nse direct to broker, broker at their will executing the trade to generate brokerage.


Can you please advise me what should i do?

Here the person (Name - Mr. Mubarak, Branch Head & Mr. Brijesh, RM) working in Karol Bagh, Delhi are misguiding their client by giving wrong confirmation calls, due to which i lost all my money in just 5 months i.e. Rs. 133 only out of Rs. 41000. Firstly they told me that "we will be trade on your behalf" & make you in profitable condition & they always call me for my confirmation that i got this much profit & this much profit but a very little amount of loss, i also think that they are professionals so lots of knowledge. but finally near about 1 month they didn't trade, so i ask for balance & really very shocked when they told me that i have only Rs 133 balance. When i called to Mr Mubarak the senior of the branch then they didn't response me & told me its your mistake to depend on the professionals. Its really a very big fraud with me because i lost all my money i.e my 5 years saving. Dear sir Please take some action against the company LKP securities.

Hi, I have invested minium amount of rupees (5000) in this trading company as i was new to trading. The Relationship Manager B.SARAVANAN said they can trade with this amount and you can retake this amount whenever you want. 5 months went to create an account as they said system problem, email problem, network problem, breakfast problem, lunch problem.*** So i asked them to close the account as i was not satisfied and to repay the amount. B.SARAVANAN ( THE GREAT CHEATER ) has said he will pay the money for a month but did not. SO i called the branch manager MR.MUTHU - ( SENOIR OF SARAVANAN in everything ) he said we put that money in to Non refundable Auto detection brokage fee. I NEVER HEARD THE WORD FROM THIS PERSON SARAVANAN. Manager said he left for the company. he is a big cheater, fraud bla bla bla.. I asked the manager without my approval how you put my amount in ADBS. he said i approved. so i asked for the call recorded voice clip. But still i did not receive. LKP SECURITIES is the BIG BIG BIG Cheating Company. After all this i got a friend from this company. he himself said that they are cheater. Please dont go for this company. PLEASE DONT INVEST IN LKP LKP ARE CHEATERS

Hi, My name is Shrikant Sahu, I have opened account in LKP securities in the month of March 2015 but service they offered are worst one.There research related to share are worst one there dealer buy the good but i faced the loss regular basis.The sales person Attiya was cheated me they given lots of committed to service but that was not happen. She left the organisation, when i called her regarding service, she not picked my phone and not reply.I was already tell her that i m new one, yearly i was face issue in other two broker company, she promised me that the service provide by LKP best one but still that not get any call related to service. When i Called the his Relation Manager "Ritesh Sonia" and telling the problem but he was not help me.When i tell him regarding refund they are not provided and telling that i will be provide the good service but when i called he not pick-up my phone even not called single time.I think LKP is main motive to cheated the people and generate there profit when customer was suffered.That they higher the people like Attiya and Ritesh.I Requested to Provide the needful regarding refund ASAP.If not provide any solution then i will published as much through internet. When I tried to ask my brokes they are not responding to my calls and emails. I have opened an account with LKP SECURITIES limited on 17 dec 2014 .I had given more than 1 lack to them for trading . but without my prior concern they have used the fund . One day I even called in there landline and asked about my acc, which they said they were asked by there senior person to invest in some share I immediately told them stop trading .but still every day messages use to come to my phone that shares are being traded .i spoke to mr swarup bhattacharjee for clarification but he always gave excuses that your money is in safe hand. Now for almost a month I did not get any SMS but an e mail came which shows that my acc is having 15219.23 dated30/03/2015. My dp I'd is 12030000 mob no is [protected]

As promised to return unused capital and brokerage balance which i have received some and all as promeised by your broker mr.Kinzal at your jungli maharaj office, pune . Kindly help in getting this stam duty which i think is not fare on part of lkp secuties ltd.

Get this stam duty refund at the earliest possible.

Even today also they are charging 1000 rs per crore which other are charging 200 per crore.

I am pradeep arora having account with lkp securities ltd with trading code dp564 and back office code 12003385. Where you have charged stamp duty of 1000 rs per crore.

According to my financials i had paid stam duty of 7705.90 in year[protected].

As i am having an account with one of the delhi based broker who have also charged me stamp duty of 200 rs per crore. He had now refunded the stam duty. So kindly refund my stamp duty of 7705.90 at the earliest possible.
