LKP Securities — complaint against policy & agent

on 27th Aug 2021 I bought some shares and on 1Sep 2021 its not allowing me to sale those while checking Agent says due to T7 its block and it will get sale from LKP it self.
I surprised to see its hardly 4 days and how come its went into T7 ? secondly as per new rule this auto DR causing customer loss cause they are no intimation as such and shared sale cost is not confirm to customer.
I am fed up from LKP and its Services, If I wont get call today will close this account soon on priority.
