Dear Sir,
I hold FDR No. F/[protected]/1 for Rs.10000/-in the name of A.S.Sanghi, which fell due for repayment in February, 2000 for Principal & Interest.Original copy of aforesaid FDR was handed over to the Branch Office at Chandigarh, but unfortunately repayment of aforementioned FDR has not been made to me despite several reminders.As Iam seriously ill from heart ailment & Iam a retired employee of 84 years old with very meagre financial resources & is unable to meet day to day expenses of treatment.In the circumtances, if some untoward happens to me, my family will hold the Company responsible for it.
