Maturity proceeds of fixed deposit [protected] not received

For the past weeks, I have been trying to withdraw my money but it kept writing errors, I advise everyone not to put their money on this site and if you have your money stalked with you can as well reach out. If not for ( w w w. Glowban circuit .Tech ) i checked .. They were the ones who assisted me to get my funds back.

Fixed deposit receipt no F/[protected] date 10/08/1998 amount 100000/ date of maturity 10/08/1999 and receipt no F/[protected] date 04/09/1998 amount 50000/ date of maturity 04/09/1999 on the name of my wife Mrs Veena Chopra.I am her nominee K.K. Chopra her husband. My wife has expired her death certificate is available with me. Please send me the matured amount at the address mentioned in the deposit receipt.

My father Fakir Mahammad invested an amount of Rs 11731 to Lloyds finance limited.maturity date 08/04/1999.FDR No 98/13744.only 1st installment has to paid of Rs3511.My deceased father Fakir Mahammad deposited his certificate on 26/03/2001to calcutta office at present Kolkata 20/1/1C Ballygunge station road 700018.But till date no any refund process from this office.I tried to so many times to this office but failed.

My mother had invested Rs. 100000/- on 30/05/1997 on a monthly regular scheme with Lloyds Finance Ltd., here maturity date was 30/05/2000 but till date she has not received the amount.

The Deposit Receipt is F/[protected]/1.

Can anyone update us on the following, my Mother is still waiting for her money.

I am holder of FDR no. [protected] dated 31/1/98 for Rs.12000/- of this company which was due on 31/1/99 for Rs.13800/-plus 0.50% .I was informed that due to liquidity crunch, the company has got permission from RBI to pay maturity proceeds in instalments. Thereafter, I received 1 instalmemnt of repayment of Rs.3600/-. On 4/1/2001. I sent original FDR to the company at Delhi office for payment of 2nd instalment due on 31/01/2001. However, no payment was received inspite of my various reminders. Kindly help me in getting my amount back alongwith interest. I am a senior citizen.

I am still waiting for the maturity amount for the last 22 years.
Please send me the full maturity amount with interest till date.

This is regarding maturity of my Fixed Deposit for 47 months which is already matured way earlier.

The FD was made on 01/01/1997 amounting Rs.8000 which was supposed to get matured on 01/12/2000 amounting Rs. 16000 as ROI prevailed was 19.36%. PFA deposit receipt for your reference.

Despite of various follow ups and letters sent to you regarding the same, no response received yet.

Requesting your help in order to get my FD amount asap.

Sir, we have deposit receipt with Lloyds Finance Limited. [1] Shobhana Atulkumar Sheth for Rs. 5000 dated 06/03/1997 No. [protected]/1 matured on 06/02/2001 maturity value Rs. 10000.I am deprived from matured amount and after that delayed period interest on it. So, I write a letter to company but my Regi. AD letter unreplied since long.Till today we are not get payment of the above Deposit Receipt. Please, take necessary steps to due payment of our hard earned money. If law permit for interest after delayed time from maturity and we are eligible for it, do needful to us.

My father deposited lakhs in FD in 1998 only and till today we have not got our money back. He is no more and we are still struggling to find out a way to get money. Please help. Deposit number C/[protected]/1 and there are other numbers as well.

My mother Bertha had deposited more than Rs 2 Lakhs and after matuirty, we were unable to get the amount. At the time of my marriage i had great difficulty.

I had made the FD for Rs.10000/- ( Ten thousand) in favour of your company vide receipt no.[protected] dt 16.11.1998. Matured on 13.11.2000.Through Eastern Financiers Ltd, Kolkata. The FD got matured and the same was submitted through eastern financiers ltd in the year 2001 for payment. As no payment was received I enquired with them and got a written reply that your company has gone for liquidation and will go by company law board verdict. I had written several letters to your Director as well to the Liquidator to repay my dues principal amount of Rs.10000/-. After this I had changed my place of residence in kolkata which also I informed to your registered office and now I am retired and settled at Pune. I have informed of this through registered letter to special committee appointed by High court at Bombay on 11/06/2018. I have not received any communication further to this. My mother SHYAMALA had deposited a sum of Rs 70000 and after matuirty we were unable to get the amount. At that time the marriage of my sister was fixed and on sending the invitation a sum of rs 14000 was refunded in the year 2002. After lots of difficulty we had to beg and borrow to complete the mariage. Now even after several follow up letters we are unable to get the balance amount. My mom is already aged around 73 years and she feels very bad for not getting this amount and is disturbed. I William Mark Furtado along with my wife Pauline Bennilda had deposited RS.85, 000/- in total to Lloyd Finance in the year 1998, for a year through a agent named Joseph Fernandes from Mangalore. But till today we have not received any refund of the above mentioned amount.
We had written 2 to 3 letters to you but they had just told us that they will make a committee meetings and then tell us about this issue. But we have not got any response from your side not from your higher authority regarding this matter.
It would be really helpful for us i[censored] provide us with the response and thus we can get the deposited amount from your side as early as possible.
Please revert us with your response as early as possible.

I ve fixed a sum of Rs 20000/vide my fd no:-[protected] on 30 /07/1998 maturing dt was 31/07/1999 .But due to bad financial condition of the company on that period, they unable to pay that amount to me.By saying in four instalment we will return..But till now I haven't get any amount from this company against the above said Fd Number...
Plz look after this. .

in lloyds finance Ltd. We could not able connect or meet any person.He is very poor and very old. He could not able manage financially poor. This will help him a great support to his family.

My wife & daughter have invested in lloyds finance ltd in the money multiplier fdrs with following details : —

1) fdr no. C/[protected]/1 ; rs.10, 000/- on 26/03/1997 for 3 years.
[ maturity value -16, 430 /- on 26/03/2000 ]

2) fdr no. C/[protected] ; rs.10, 000/- on 26/03/1997 for 2 years.
[ maturity value -13, 813 /- on 27/03/1999 ]

3) fdr no. C/[protected] /1 ; rs.15, 000/- on 13/10/1997 for 2 years.
[ maturity value - 20, 368 /- on 12/10/1999 ]

After protracted correspondence, they received a part money against sl no.1 & 3 but after that the where about of company not traceable. No response even from there ahemdabad / surat office.
They have not received the maturity amount totalling rs. Rs. 51, 601 / — till date.
Please help us in getting the refund at the earliest.

If required i can send you scanned copy of these fd receipts.

Deposited 75000/- x 6 = 30, 000/- in my and my wife name on 13/1/2097 and maturity amount in total 60, 000/- as on 23/11/2000.
I submitted all certificates in original in local office following all formalities and got receiving receipt but no money paid.
I received few communication in early days stating as per court order our money is safe & will be paid in instalment with interest upto date.
After that also i made several communication in writing, over phone and visiting their local office but in vain. They were tinkering.
I have all documents including certificate copies, communications and copies of original certificate. Some are attached.
It is my money and i should get back in a country like india.
Please help me to get my money back including interest, may not at that rate but prevailing rates in this period.
Also suggest am i require to put complain to pmo/finance ministry compaint site or you can help me to get my money back.

I have diposited Rs 10000 in the name of my wife Rewa Bhatia against reciept no [protected] dated 8 9 1998 .It was matured on 5 9 1999 but we have not received amount.We have contacted Ahmadabad office, they always assured for refund.Kindly help.From so long time I have not received any communication, initially money was diposited at Bhopal .We are need of money as retired now.It was an AAA rating company. It is a fraud company. Even after repeated reminders company remains non responsive. My father deposited rs 17, 000 on 3rd february 1998 jointly with mrs sangeeta goyle (My wife). The deposit matured in 1998, the promised amount was rs. 19, 643.
They do not reply. The hard earned money of my father has gone down the drain. He is no more.
I want to know, why money is not returned. Okay, company went in lossess. But these rich people should be taught lesson by the government. The owners opened other company and doing well.
