Llyod — POOR SERVICE from LLYOD failed to fix ac mother board issue

AC and remote doesn't co-ordinate well hence logged a service request on 31st Dec 2022 with reference# [protected]. A technician had visited and confirmed that the issue was not because of remote it is mainly because of the mother board that needs to be changed immediately and also, he confirms from brand end they will fix the board issue immediately within a day. So next day is 1st Jan 2023 and its a new year so we know people will on off so next day I called customer service, and they confirmed soon a technician will visit and fix. However, till today that is 11 Jan 2023 no technician has visited, and AC is still with issue. It is surprising to see brand have closed the service request without fixing it. Hence, I have opened another service request ([protected]) and asked brand to fix asap but till now no one from the service side has made a call or provided an updated on why there is delay. I am really disappointed and frustrated that I have almost made 25+ calls to customer care and they simply say they will email to concern team and they will call me back, but nothing happened till today. Very POOR SERVICE and POOR CO-ORDINATION. Why there is no straight forward way to reach the technician? Or to the AIROFRIDGE SERVICE CENTER?
