Poor service

My ac is under warranty and pcv is damaged and the technician who visited said it will be replaced and its more than one week they are not picking up any calls or have not received any update on it.The customer care service misguided me to an out of warranty technician who took 350 rs visiting charge just to tell me that I need a technician within warranty therefore had to book again this time paid visiting charge for rs 550. Worthless service!

Panic noise from compressor
Have already logged tkt with the customer service tkt no [protected], since may 24th there's no firm ETA either from the customer care or From the local authorities.
As have already conveyed the local authority my health condition, wherein I am a kidney transplant patient and needs to be under AC which is must.
Despite of explaining and sharing the recorded sounds coming from the compressor no action taken or assured for faster resolution.

Complaint marked as Resolved Very unfortunate to see my complaint is marked resolved, wherein the fact is that the issue is still open with Llyod and local authority, there's no resolution provided.

Llyod ac worst service
I purchased new lyodcAC and after 1 Month installation, AC gas leakage.
Now your service center is not picking calls.
What is benefit of purchase ac of llyod of you can't provide service????

AC installation not done after 1e3 days
1. Deliver of the product delayed
2. After 13 days of delivery the product was not installed.
3. Technicians are highly payable for the service but still they don't do their work. For an example they are not doing a hole in the wall for AC installation. I did that with other workers and paid Rs-500. Will this be deducted from the service fee ?

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to you regarding the installation of the air conditioning system in my home. As per our agreement, the installation was scheduled to be completed within 48 – 72 hours of me receiving the Air Condition system from Amazon, but unfortunately, it has not been done yet. We received the delivery on 04/16/2023.
I am deeply concerned about this delay as it is causing a lot of inconvenience to my mother who lives in this space. With the summer season here, it is becoming increasingly difficult to manage the heat, and I was counting on the AC to provide some relief.
Despite several calls to the Amazon and Llyod Call Center, no results have come through and therefore I forced to write into you. I request you to please investigate this matter urgently and expedite the installation process. I would appreciate it if you could update me on the status of the installation and provide me with a timeline for completion.

POOR SERVICE from LLYOD failed to fix ac mother board issue
AC and remote doesn't co-ordinate well hence logged a service request on 31st Dec 2022 with reference# [protected]. A technician had visited and confirmed that the issue was not because of remote it is mainly because of the mother board that needs to be changed immediately and also, he confirms from brand end they will fix the board issue immediately within a day. So next day is 1st Jan 2023 and its a new year so we know people will on off so next day I called customer service, and they confirmed soon a technician will visit and fix. However, till today that is 11 Jan 2023 no technician has visited, and AC is still with issue. It is surprising to see brand have closed the service request without fixing it. Hence, I have opened another service request ([protected]) and asked brand to fix asap but till now no one from the service side has made a call or provided an updated on why there is delay. I am really disappointed and frustrated that I have almost made 25+ calls to customer care and they simply say they will email to concern team and they will call me back, but nothing happened till today. Very POOR SERVICE and POOR CO-ORDINATION. Why there is no straight forward way to reach the technician? Or to the AIROFRIDGE SERVICE CENTER?

Very bad service
We bought air condition of Lloyd company on[protected] but on[protected] it got gas leakage problem then we took it to the service center we were told it will be done in 4 to 5 days. We were told and even if we visited the service center repeatedly, the same answer is given from there that the item ordered from the company has not arrived and today on[protected] we visited it again and said that the order is still pending. That is to say to the company that you speak well while giving your item and the item is to be given under warranty, that means you are playing a game.

Out split AC is displaying error E5 and not working. We are really stressed as this is the second time in since we purchased the AC, in april. This is how Llyod works? We paid you full, you gave us defaulty unit but now atleast help us. My family is suffering. Error E5 and service due mails have been alreadg dropped with llyod but no response. Help...

Regarding service charge

Split AC 2 ton 3 star. We don't know what's the problem is. We raised the service request technician came and checked the AC only the 3 pin top is changed he charged Rs.430/- without doing anything. The problem is wall sachet . He don't know how to change wall sachet .Is this the fair charge only changing the 3 pin top.more over he has to ask warrenty is there or not before visiting to house or shop . If not we will go for local technician. What customer said is it's only visit charge. Let me know if i visit llyod company can you give that visit charge.the worst service charge. Never seen like this.

Dear Team,
I was purchased a LLYOD window AC at 22/05/2020 of cost 26500, after 1 year the AC start malfunction and we'll logged complaint with LLYOD customer care and the technical person visit and found there is gas leakage problem. So he charged and refilled the AC's gas and AC starts working, but after 1 year the AC had same issue occur and this time technical person visit the confirmed the AC had gas leakage and coil faulty. So he again charged the gas refiling and changed the faulty coil and filled the gas at 03/03/2022. After 1 month only the AC start again same issue but this time the technical person and customer of LLYOD both are not responding my calls.

Note- I was bearing all the charges (i.e- 2 times gas refiling and 3 times visiting charges) but the proper resolution is not got till yet.
I want to replaced my product with working new one. So pls check the issue with your end and do the needful asap.

I called Llyod for servicing my AC services 3 weeks ago. They found a problem of gas leakage and after checking informee me that coil is not working and they would have to change it. They took the coil and came back one week later with a new coil(in warranty), which they found to be oversized. They had ordered the wrong part. They told us they'd have to get it changed and they will do it in two days. Again they disappeared for a week. After calling them many times they came back after more than a week with the old coil saying this coil is okay. There is nothing wrong with it. This made no sense to me. Why did they it was not working in the first place? I called customer care and asked to please send someone else who can clarify the situation. They said they will send someone within 24 hours. After waiting for 3 days, in which time no one came. I called customer care again only to find out that status of my complaint is RESOLVED. While i am waiting here and have heard nothing from no one. They( the engginers of llyod)even have my coil. I told them my complaint hasn't been resolved. Far from it. They said they will send someone. Again it has been over 48 hours i have heard nothing back.
On top of it i have harrassed constantly by someone from copmany called JOHN ABRAHAM(that's the name he gave me when i asked for his name). Not only he wrongfully convinced me to give him KKG code. He also threatened me that i can do whatever i want but it will be to avail because ultimately complain will come to him only. Now i am stuck in this loop. Complete Rude behaviour of the persona who came for installation

I'm from Tuticorin. We purchased a new 1.5 ton 5 star AC from Lloyd yesterday. Today morning 2 members came for installation. They were totally non cooperative and indecent. I'm a doctor yet he was so arrogant. We have a Fibernet company and we know how to deal with the customers. I have never seen such a worse kind of service anywhere. We have been telling him where to fix the AC. He was never ready to listen and doing things on his will. When we were trying to convey our thoughts he shouted back at us and dropped the work. He also kicked away the slippers at my home. Is this how you treat the customers? I need to take action over those 2 guys or please get back your Air Conditioner which is still left uninstalled.

I have been complained them 10 days ago still my problem not resolved there service executive are not responding well even i told him that i will complain this in you main branch he said you can complain after that i try to complain this on there main office they also didnt take my complain and just everyone is passing me number and no one taking responsibility to resolve my problem.

Wrost company mene 2 may ko llyod ka ac liya tha aur uski installation llyod se karai thi but na to llyod ne install dhang se kiya aur jaldi jaldi ac latka ke chale gya outdoor bhi sahi nhi lagaya nhi hole karke koi cap lagayi nhi drain pipe dhang fix kiya ac lene ke do din baad hi ac ke swing ki jagah se paani paani nikal raha he bistar gile ho gye phn tak khrab ho gya aur installation walo ne paise bhi jyada le liye aaj ke baad kabhi llyod ki koi bhi product nhi lunga aur apne sabhi frends ko bhi yahi sakha dunga 2 din me ac problem aa gai my contact [protected] llyod ne jisese installation ka type kar rakha he cool care airconditnor se bhot badtamiz he aur jyada paise bhi le liye

Unsatisfactory service for split AC

Dear lloyd team,
Just your engineer visited to check our ac status and there is a leakage thru drain and your engineer confirmed that first time installation have not done properly that is why it is being happening. I want to know that if your engineer installed the same at the time of purchase and that time they didn't install properly then where is my fault, and now they are telling that why you didn't inform earlier for the same and if we will reinstall they will charge.
Pls let me know this is your service bcs when i puchased your item they told me that you will get best services from llyod than other companies and seeing all the things i purchased your item but now the above things are happening.
Pls get solution for the same and reinstall my ac without any charge otherwise i will complain in consumer forum.
Also there is complained against your authorised dealer named balaji enterprises, masoodpur vasantkunj new delhi-110070 who didn't provide below items at the time of purchase ac and when your engineer came for servicing, he asked me for below items:
1. Stray
2. Pipe
Today i purchased pipe from your engineer by giving amount but he told that he is unable to arrange stray. Attached bill of pipe is for your reference and for refund the same to me bcs i will not bear the said charge. Also arrange stray at your end.
Pls treat and resolve my complain on priority and take necessary action on above said matter.
I will wait only 3 to 4 days to resolve my issues bcs i will not bear all the charges which is not genuine. Pls note this is not the matter of only amount but it is the matter for cheating.
