In this regard, it is submitted that I had applied online loan of Rs.1, 00, 000/- on website of Loan Tark HSG Sty. Ltd., Mumbai (Maharashtra) on 09.03.2022. The company was approved my loan vide application No. INF/[protected] & loan approval letter was e-mailed to me on 09.03.2022 (copy enclosed). After that an employee of the company Mr. Sonu Sharma (Mob.: - [protected]) was called me & he forced me to submit my documents & also to submit processing fee of Rs.2, 500/- & he assured me that after submit processing fee of Rs.2, 500/- & my documents, the loan amount will be credited into my bank account within 10 minutes. He further told me that the processing fees of Rs.2, 500/- will be refunded if I will not take loan from their company & this is also mentioned in the approval letter. Therefore, I submitted my documents & processing fee of Rs.2, 500/- but after that Mr. Sonu Sharma was called me & informed me that an agreement will be done between me & company and Rs.4, 999/- will be submitted while he not told me before submitted Rs.2, 500/- as processing fee. So I was scared & I requested that I don't have Rs.4, 999/- so please cancel my loan and refund my Rs.2, 500/-. Mr. Sonu Sharma told me that Rs.2, 500/- will be refunded after 15 days and after 15 days i.e. on 25.03.2022, I call him but he said to me if I want to refund my Rs.2, 500/-, I will pay to him Rs.1, 250/- as loan cancellation fee.
You are requested to kindly provide me my Rs.2, 500/- from this company & do the necessary action against this Company i.e. Loan Tark HSG Sty. Ltd., Mumbai.
