Loanfront — overdue

My name is javvadi ganga pavan i have paid the loan front loan id :1013312 due amount rs.5073. Through 23/09/19 razorpay but the amount have bben debited from my sbi bank account payment succesfully but it not credited in the loan front account payment.1day above but amount no refund. Please let me now the status of my amount. I have attached the payment done details for your reference. Iam waiting for your reply at earliest...
