payment done from my end, but razorpay not updated in loanfront

Dear Rozorpay team,
I T.SANDEEP KUMAR mobile no: [protected], make a payment for loanfront payable amount through googlepay & UPI transation ID: [protected].
payment sucessfully completed from my side and amount also deducted in my account but that amount not updated in Loanfront.
they are regularly sending reminders msgs/mails .
Kindly look at the matter and solve at the earliest.

repayment issue

I am paid the loanfront repayment but not confirmation in loan front app... My money is deducted in bank account.. No confirmation payment details in loan fornt status still today..

The loan fornt customer care says
The repayment you tried paying via razorpay has failed. The amount will be reversed by the concerned party. Request you to contact razorpay customer care... Please refund my money in the bank.. Penlaity is running my loan plz refund my money

due to corona pandemic I am not able to pay the loan amount of 7000 by November post which I lost the job as there was medical emergency in my family as per govt order 6 months time has to be given to every loan due to corona . But this online app "loanfront" charging me penalties without obeying governments order.They charged one time penlaty as rs 118 and 35rs/day as late payment charges and it is increasing day by day also they are sending msg from their legal team to take action .please help me. I can't pay any bills in this pandemic time and I can't pay the penalties.

not considered my payment
I made payment before 4 days from due date through mobikwik payment gateway. It was successfully received by capfront technologies private limited. But the app still shows due amount. There is no update in the app. I call loanfront customer service they won't response me. Also mail them but automation reply with same message all time. I received remind calls and and messages daily after i paid. Where is my money, what to i do

Loanfront very very Bad financial company customer care customer executive collection department not good speech collection department also speak to bad words only loan repayment times...what doing loanfront head office??

My name is javvadi ganga pavan i have paid the loan front loan id :1013312 due amount rs.5073. Through 23/09/19 razorpay but the amount have bben debited from my sbi bank account payment succesfully but it not credited in the loan front account payment.1day above but amount no refund. Please let me now the status of my amount. I have attached the payment done details for your reference. Iam waiting for your reply at earliest......
