I had taken Home Loan of Rs. 930000 from City Financial Nagpur on December 2007 with reference No.13450797. With Some terms and conditions as per normal bank rules of repayment and tenure (15 yrs). But Automatically on Sept. 2011 they transferred my loan account to FUTURE CAPITAL Nagpur without consultations to customer. They changed terms and conditions also. PLEASE advice me and restore the original agreement as per citi financials terms and conditions and interest rate as well. Was this information helpful? |

MY OLD LOAN ACCOUNT NO. 10887930 WHICH IS CLOSED ON 13.12.07 AND NEW LOAN SANCTIONED TO ME ON 22.12.07 VIDE ACCOUNT NO. 14209621.WHILE SANCTIONING THE NEW LOAN VIDE ACCOUNT NO. 14209621 YOUR DEPARTMENT HAS INFORMED TO ME THAT MY RE-PAYMENT INSTALMENT WILL BE STARTED AGAINST THE NEW LOAN ACCOUNT FROM FEB 2008 INSTEAD THEY HAVE ALREADY DEBITED MY IDBI BANK ACCOUNT NO.[protected] THROUGH E.C.S. ON 05.01.2008 A SUM OF RS.1792/- IS AGAINST MY OLD LOAN ACCOUNT WHICH IS ALREADY CLOSED IN THE MONTH OF DECEMBER 2007. THEREFORE YOU ARE REQUESTED TO KINDLY REVERSE BACKTHIS AMOUNT TO MY IDBI BANK ACCOUNT AS THIS AMOUNT IS WRONGLY CHARGED FROM ME WHICH IS NOT JUSTIFIED AT ALL.
