[Resolved]  LICHFL/ Home Loan — Complaint against LIC Housing Finance Ltd. w.r.t. refund due but not being paid

I had loan A/C no.[protected]sanction amount Rs. 21,00,000/-) and loan A/C no.[protected]sanction amount Rs. 2,00,000/-) from LIC Housing Finance Limited(LICHFL). I had sold the reference flat to Mr. Ashwani Seth & his wife Mrs. Rama Seth.
Mr. Ashwani Seth has also got his loan from LICHFL (loan A/C no.[protected] and my subject loans balances were transferred to Mr. Ashwani Seth against his loan on[protected] vide LICHFL's cheque No. 867103 for Rs. 20,18,388/- against my loan A/C no. 10063491 & cheque No. 867102 for Rs. 1,95,899/- against my loan A/C no. 10064299.
There was an error in date considered for accounts closure and extra amount was debited by LICHFL from my EMI account against my loan accounts, the detail are as under:
1. The date of account closure indicated in statement of accounts are[protected], whereas the date of balance transfer was[protected], copy of cheques indicting date and other details are available.
2. The registry of reference flat (copy available) was made on[protected] in the presence of LICHFL's lawyer, who brought the balance transfer amount cheques and took them back, after the registry on same day.
In view of the above it was requested to LICHFL's NOIDA office via letter & also vide e-mail dated[protected], that date of account closure shall be considered as[protected]date of balance transfer) or latest[protected]date of registry & hand over of balance transfer amount cheques to LICHFL). It was further requested that 'Excess Amount' indicated in attached statement of accounts, along with the additional amount calculated after correction of loan accounts closure date and excess amount debited from my EMI accounts may please be refunded to me without any further delay.
LICHFL informed verbally in Oct-11 that subject case has been forwarded by LICHFL Noida-area office to their regional office/ back office. No written communication was received in this regard from LICHFL.
As no response was forth coming from LICHFL Noida office, I contacted LICHFL Regional office via e-mail dated[protected] and reminder e-mail dated[protected]. CRM LICHFL Northern RO instructed LICHFL Noida office & LICHFL RO/ back office vide e-mail dated[protected] 'to look into the matter and informing status to customer(i.e. me)'. Till[protected], I got no positive response from LICHFL, in spite of numerous communications.
On[protected], I got an e-mail from LICHFL Noida office, asking me to visit their office, as they want to discuss my case. Self had visited the Noida Area Office on[protected] and explained the complete issue again with supporting documents, to Sh. Avanish Kumar Dwivedi Dy. Mgr/ LICHFL. Sh. Dwivedi understood the issue and sent an internal/official mail to CRM LICHFL, Northern RO as well as other related officials on the same day, clarifying the facts related with the subject issue. He further assured that this issue will be resolved on immediate basis. But since no further response was coming from LICHFL, even after contacting their Regional office(CRM) a number of times.
I wrote a e-mail dated[protected] to LICHFL, cautioning them that 'I am going ahead with legal recourse for resolving my subject case of refund, which is due from May-2011 (more than one year) and has not been resolved at various levels in LICHFL'. Next day I received an e-mail from LICHFL, Servicing Delhi BO, that 'We acknowledge your mail and come to know the facts of case for refund the amount as mentioned in your mail. We wish to inform you that we are already in process for refund of as desired by you. The matter has already been referred to the Competent authority. We still need some time for this process'. Till date, I have no further response from LICHFL in spite of my reminders. Further when I contacted the dealing person in LICHFL, Servicing Delhi BO, it was told to me that my case has not come to their office.
It is requested to direct LICHFL to refund total amount as detailed above, which comes out to approx. 44,400/- excluding interest, which is pending for more than Seventeen months now.

LIC HOUSING FINANCE — No communication

I have a home loan account with LIC hosing LTD. Inspite of my repeated requests i have not

received a single statement till now. Each week relegiously i call up LIC customer care

first thing is it is always engaged even if some time you get lucky and it is connected the

guy on other side will promise you to send a statement witin a day or 2. But what you get is

just an assurance nothing else. Since i have taken the loan there have been lots of changes

in Govt. policies reagrding home loans rates have been slashed so much but i do not have a

single intimation. I have not received a single communication from LIC i am not updates at

all what is the current status how calculation is done wether correct or not. Really

disappointing in matter of communication LIC is. When we have montly statement for credit

cards why donot we have for home loan accounts. I request you to please start a monthly statement for my a/c like ECS if not hardcopy atleast i am eligible for soft copy (email)
I have a home loan with lic hfl, missed this month EMI on time. I want to pay my dues online. There is no CITIBANK in the Netbanking option, but there is UPI option. I selected UPI, given my UPI id, the page is redirecting to Error page. I am unable to pay my due
I tried to get in touch with customer care number provided in the website, it is not working.  
I escalated this and I mailed my concern. I don't see any tried to get back. No response
