LICHFL absconding - SIte is not working and EMI is not deducted this month though I have maintained sufficient balance. Customer care is not working. So messages or warnings from LICHFL. we are losing trust with LICHFL

I had loan A/C no.[protected]sanction amount Rs. 21,00,000/-) and loan A/C no.[protected]sanction amount Rs. 2,00,000/-) from LIC Housing Finance Limited(LICHFL). I had sold the reference flat to Mr. Ashwani Seth & his wife Mrs. Rama Seth.
Mr. Ashwani Seth has also got his loan from LICHFL (loan A/C no.[protected] and my subject loans balances were transferred to Mr. Ashwani Seth against his loan on[protected] vide LICHFL's...
