I had raised a dispute for one of my loan account which was cleared 4 months back and got the NOC from the finance institution "NAMAN FINLEASE PVT LTD".
Account I'd :- LW200621
Account name :- NAMFINPL
But the thing is in my cibil report I am still seeing the " WILLFUL DEFAULT" for this particular loan. For this I have raised a dispute multiple times but it was not resolved and I have contacted the lending institution via mails, calls whatever option I was given but there was no response from them. Below is the dispute I'd I have raised in cibil.

Note :-
I have heard like the Naman finlease private Ltd was changed to Devamuni finlease private Ltd which is bharat loan. I am seeing the same grievance officer for addressing queries regarding the loans. And I have contacted them via call, mail but no response.
