Though I paid Rs.64500, still huge amount Rs.24500 was levied as Penal Interest.

Kindly waive off these charges - as I'm not in a position to pay that much amount. Amount I received is Rs.46000 (Actual Loan Amount: Rs.50000 and Processing fee Rs.4000 - So Rs.[protected] = Rs.46000 was credited to my account).

Though I requested to Waive-off Rs.[protected], immediately after making payment - without responding to my request, adding huge charges as "Penal Interest" is not fair.

Still Requesting to waive-off Penal Interest / miscellaneous charges and send me NOC / Closure Letter with regards to Loan Account.
