As per the MCA record, this company is located in Gurgaon Hariyana

I got a fraudulent Call from Mobile Number [protected] in reference of Lemon Tree Hotel, Lucknow booking on[protected], and He made a fraud payment of Rupees 4, 63, 755 from my ICICI Bank Credit Card No. ending with 4001. Please help me in getting my money back from this Company. I have filed a complaint in Cyber Cell as well regarding this transaction.

HI Team,

I am also a victim of same kind of fraud of amount Rs 435325 on Dated 28 Dec 2023, I have raise this to cyber cell, Police and inform to Bank official within 2 minutes to block my card but bank release the funds . Now they asked me to pay that amount . I have searched to many forum this fraud happen with ICICI bank holders only because customer care and their team is not supported very well. We all need to unite an fight for those fraudster and ICICI Bank as well .

You are right. We all must get united agains this company and take appropriate actiona against them. I don't n=know why Consumer Forum is not taking any action against them. Let me know if we can plan to meet against them ?

Sorry for bothering you!
I'm also victim of the similar fraud, I lost my Rs. 4, 88, 640 from ICICI Bank Credit Card on 17th Jan, 2024. After the transaction I immediately raised dispute with ICICI bank and got my card blocked. Also, reported the same cyber cell by calling 1930 registered but now only 5K is marked as on hold.
Now, I'm helpless and unsure about what to do further, could you please help me with any further / additional proceedings or suggestions.

I am sorry Murali for getting you back so late, as I could not check the replies earlier. I don't think that anyone is going to help us, as neither Cyber Cell, nor Bank could stop the money to be withdrawn from the account who has made this fraud with all of us. However, if we all wish, then we can standup together and take necessory action against them.

There is no update on my complaint. I see a lot of people who have put their complaints after my complaint. But there is no one who can help us and take necessory action against this company.
