I have been victim of a spoof website phishing fraud with an amount of Rs 2, 01, 188 transferred to LOCON Solutions through my ICICI Credit Cards. Sadly, the authorities are of little help. They are back questioning as to why wasn't I careful. After thorough investigation I have found the bank a/c details of LOCON Solutions through which the scam was done. The YES bank details of LOCON Solutions is A/c No. - [protected]...

On dated 18/4/24 @3:15 pm, I got this number from google as I was serching for one room booking for my friend and family. I was called the number and they identified that online reservation of lemon tree kolkata. I was given the gust name after that the take my Citi card details and charge 8415/- for reservations. After that agan they asking for OTP for confirmation of GST invoice and after sharing the same they charge 40624/-. Immediately...

I have received a call from this number[protected] he completely forwarding my calls and message then automatically my calls and all the messages and otp generating this number then he debited 1, 01, 719 rupees from my credit card kindly take a action on this company Locon solution Pvt Ltd...

I was scammed for almost 60000 rupees. I didn't realise it until recently when I checked dmy account balance negative. I raised a complaint with ICICI bank. Please help me with this. I did not share OTP or did anything, how can this happen.

Please help me with this.

[protected] I received a call from a unknown number saying that I need to deactivate the protection plan for my icici credit card otherwise 3000/- will be debited every month. Then he said a site (cardrelated.in/icicibank/)to open and asked me to deactivate there. Unfortunately I followed the process and a fraud transaction of 63362/- to Locon. Solutions done from my credit card.

I have received a call from this number[protected] he completely forwarding my calls and message then automatically my calls and all the messages and otp generating this number then he debited 91648 rupees from my credit card kindly take a action on this company Locon solution Pvt Ltd.

I lost my money in fraud transactions on[protected] .He made three Transactions first was 50167 second was 17145 and third was 10458.I blocked My Card.This Scam is happening for a year Please take necessary actions immediately.I dont have the transaction number but my limit has exceeded.Can Anyone guide me how to File a complaint without transaction number.

My credit card was debited 2 times on the account of Locon Solutions Pvt Ltd.
The first amount was 60725/- and the second amount was 15227.
Bothe the transaction are done by fraud....

I am writing to bring to your attention a distressing incident involving fraudulent transactions on my ICICI Visa Platinum credit card with the card number [protected]. The unauthorized transactions occurred on 10/01/24, and the details are as follows:
1. First Transaction: Rs 5284/- at Locon Solut
2. Second Transaction: Rs 66001/- at Locon Solut
Brief of the Event:On the aforementioned date, while searching for accommodation at Lemon Tree Hotel in Jaipur on Google, I came across hotel details with a contact number +91-[protected] for online booking. I inquired about the booking details, and a person claiming to be from the reservation desk, using that number, informed me that if I have an ICICI credit card, an additional 20 percent discount would be offered.
This person initiated a reservation booking and generated a payment request for Rs 5284/-. Subsequently, he informed me of a deficit in GST charge amounting to Rs 10/-. Another payment link for Rs 10/- was generated, and I was asked to share the OTP. Unfortunately, I received a message confirming a charge of Rs 66001/- at Locon Solution. It became evident that I had fallen victim to an imposter and fraudsters.
I immediately contacted the ICICI helpline to request a hold on the transactions. However, it took nearly 20 minutes to connect with customer care.
I am reaching out to ICICI Bank with a plea to take immediate action to hold these unauthorized transactions and save me from further financial loss due to this fraudulent activity. I trust that ICICI Bank will investigate this matter thoroughly and provide the necessary assistance in resolving the issue.
I have attached the relevant documents, including transaction details and communication screenshots, to assist in your investigation. I request your prompt attention to this matter and appreciate your cooperation in resolving it at the earliest.

I got a fraudulent Call from Mobile Number [protected] in reference of Lemon Tree Hotel, Lucknow booking on[protected], and He made a fraud payment of Rupees 4, 63, 755 from my ICICI Bank Credit Card No. ending with 4001. Please help me in getting my money back from this Company. I have filed a complaint in Cyber Cell as well regarding this transaction....

On the 1st November 2023 they called me as dbs bank representative and asked for OTP TO change some settings of transactions. And they changed my mobile number with card and transferred 26, 927₹

transaction.

- Fraudster phone numbers [protected], [protected] - Amit Sharma
- They gave a call in the name of axis bank marketing team and frauded rupees 45, 575 from my credit card in the name of credit card activation.
- The transaction was unauthorized it happened without my knowledge
I just got a mail that amount has been deducted.

I request the concerned authority to return or refund the amount.

On 6th March 2023 there was unauthorised transactions happened on my Axis Bank credit card. The transaction amount was 90433 to Locon Solutions. I immediately informed axis bank customer care about the fraud transactions and raised dispute and block card and raised cyber crime FIR. Please help me on this....
