Logisure Solutions — Fraud - stolen logistic Software - Blacklisted - FIR Filled

COMPLAINT AGAINST - LOGISURE SOLUTIONS, VIKAS SETHIA, ANIRUDH BATWARA, UDAAN, Urban Delivery Van Network, UDAAN LOGISURE PRIVATE LIMITED Before taking services from Logisure Solutions based in Jaipur and Hyderabad, we did a small background check of its owners ie Vikas Sethia and Anirudh Batwara. Following shocking fact was revealed, which everyone must know: A Company named Delivery Cloud Pvt Ltd was incorporated in the year 2013 to develop a new logistic solution by use of its custom software developed by themselves. The company successfully developed a Software and started providing its services to notable organizations like Akshya Patra. One of the director of Company, Mr Vikas Sethia represented the company to clients like Akshya Patra. This director Vikas Sethia, and One Employee Mr Anirudh Batwara (along with a few others) cheated upon their Company (Delivery Cloud) and stole its software, client data, and assets etc.. Since then the duo has formed a number of personal firms like Logisure Solutions, City Mobility Solutions Pvt Ltd, UDAAN Logisure Private Limited etc. on various dates to provide similar services with the use of stolen assets (of Delivery Cloud) and violating contracts with the Company. This duo approached Company's Client Akshya Patra (with whom Delivery Cloud was having a MoU for providing Logistic Services) and fraudulently told them that the Name of "Delivery Cloud" has changed to "Logisure Solutions" (which was actually a personal firm of Vikas Sethia and Anirudh Batwara). By misrepresenting their position as Company representatives, Vikas Sethia and Anirudh Batwara tempered the Original Contract between Delivery Cloud and Akshya Patra and changed the name of the Company (in Original MOU) to Logisure Solutions, Jaipur. [Copy enclosed- Signed by Vikas on behalf of Delivery Cloud. Subsequent name tempering in handwriting of Vikas] They stole the company's software and several assets and started giving same services to Akshya Patra in the name of their personal firm Logisure Solutions. This fact was exposed at a later date when Delivery Cloud got suspicious about the conduct of Vikas Sethia and Anirudh Batwara. On becoming aware, Akshya Patra immediately terminated their forged contract with Logisure Solutions and blacklisted Logisure Solutions. (Copy of mail enclosed) A FIR has been filed against Logisure Solutions, Anirudh Batwara, Vikas Sethia and several others in this matter with Police Station Mahesh Nagar, Jaipur. A number of shocking proofs are available in this matter at office of Delivery Cloud Pvt Ltd located at B 70, Road No 4, Bais Godam, Jaipur. Anyone dealing with Vikas Sethia, Logisure Solutions or any of their associates (or their network of Firms) for matter relating to Logistic Solution/services shall do so at its own risk and legal consequences.
