Logitech — No replacement under warranty

I purchased Logitech's gaming mouse known as Logitech G304 from offline market in Nehru Place in New Delhi on 1st July, 2021. It has a replacement warranty of 2 years as claimed by Logitech. So after a year it started having double click issues and I was having great difficulty working with it. So I emailed Logitech for the same. They replied me with some troubleshooting techniques which included software update and all but all of them didnt solve my problem. So after all that I visited the official Logitech service center located in Nehru Place and raised a complaint and submitted my mouse to them. it has been now 2.5 months since I have submitted my mouse. Initially I thought they would replace it then and there but it was out of stock. So they asked me to wait for a week for the replacement of my mouse. After a week passed I called the service center and asked them about my mouse they said it has not arrived yet and you can call the toll free customer care number for further details as they have raised the request from their side and requested for a replacement. So I called the toll free number and they said it usually takes 7-14 business days for a request to complete. So I agreed and waited for another 7 days and called the service center again after 7 days. They repeated the same thing that they does not have the it right now. So I emailed the logitech support team and raised my issue. They replied that they cannot help with that its the matter of service center. So I again called the toll free number. They said the same thing and asked me to wait as their chennai warehouse will receive a consignment and after that they will courier to the Nehru Place service center. They said I will be informed. It is really creating hurdles in my work as it was a high performance mouse and my accuracy and productivity has been greatly reduced due to that. I requested them to atleast give me a spare mouse so that I can wait patiently for my replacement without having much trouble but they denied. It has been 2 and a half months now. I really want my mouse back. It is so dissappointing from a company so old and reputed like Logitech. I request the govt. to kindly look into this matter and help one consumer with his rights.
