I purchased Logitech's gaming mouse known as Logitech G304 from offline market in Nehru Place in New Delhi on 1st July, 2021. It has a replacement warranty of 2 years as claimed by Logitech. B170 Wireless Mouse Not working & Poor customer service
Hi I bought Logitech B170 wireless mice on Jan 2021. It comes with 1 year guarantee. Yesterday it got some issue. the mouse scrolling is behaving oddly. i contacted customer support and not received good support.

I had purchased Logitech mouse on 16th july, 2019. Product comes under 1 year warrenty.
But due to covid and situation like this, I wont be able to go to service centre for the complain. I called the service centre guy in july but no one picked up my call. And i visited them on mid of Aug. But even then they wont help me to resolve my issue. Then i contacted the customer care no. And even they dont help me with the product and service.

Logitech C270 HD Webcam, 720p∕30fps) on 2nd June 2020. It was supposed to dispatched Via DTDC in delivery within 3-4 days, and today it completed 49 days, I have not received a single update from your side. I am calling (+[protected], +[protected], +[protected], +[protected] regularly, but no one picks up the call
Also, I am not getting replies to the email I sent. I am considering the pandemic situation it should have delivered to me long back.
Kindly cancel the order and refund the money.

I visited the Logitech service center in Mumbai, Andheri to claim my warranty as the mouse had sensor malfunction, they said the product is not in stock and suggested me to come after 2 months as the main stock from china is not being sent. Is this my fault? I am a customer seeking my claim for my warranty. Also I've heard by many they always say the product is not in stock. Help me Please.

When i Buy this product its working properly; but after a week its not working properly.

logitech refused to service their own speaker

I have logitech bluetooth speaker x300 and it is beyond warranty period of one year. Now it developed a charging problem. When we approached logitech for paid service specifically, we are totally surprised to hear that they don’t service such speaker beyond warranty period. They only service if the problem is in first one year.
This is absolutely not acceptable since in outside ships you cannot get service such speaker. Very hurt by the stand taken by logitech, i feel that their speakers should be banned in india.

Keyboard defect

When use any of keyboard of logitech, automatically types slack to nonstop in dekstop within gurantee period. I purchased logitech mk 120 keyboard&mouse usb combo s/n -1425mg00dbxn from alfa software & solutions hotel tara complex balangir. I have submitted before seven days more to that shop but till date he did not return to me. So please rectify my problem.

PLEASE AVOID BUYING THIS PRODUCT unless you intend to use and throw it after a year!!!
Month of Purchase : Oct'2014
Stopped working: Jan2016
* its just a couple of months that my speaker is out of warranty and it stopped working. Cannot repair...cannot replace...advised to discard the product and buy a new one (How DUMB!!)
Reasons :
1) 1 year Warranty : product stops working soon after it is out of warranty.. So cannot replace.
2) No repair option : Even if you are prepared to pay the repairing charges service center refuses to accept your product...as they can only replace a product within warranty.
2) NON-REPAIRABLE product : it is a closed product. ..meaning no screws..even if you wish to get it repaired with a non authorized repairer, they cannot.
Basically its a use and throw product.

I have been using wireess product since last year
I m being distrubed by using it a lot of trouble in logitech keyboard i am not able t use only keyboard is working
I had to complaint it.

LOGITECH — DEFECTIVE SOUND BOX
I am an ll. B. Student. 1 month ago i brought a set o[censored]sb sound box for my laptop. I found that one of the two boxes were defective as it was sounding. So i went to the shop because that set have six month warranty. The owner took back that set and returned after 21 days. Whan i again started or connected that set i found there was same problem. And that pair was same which i have returned. Now when i called back the owner of the shop he said me that yes there was problem and logitech company have reraired it.Now i have the cash memo that bears the name of that shop. Please tell me how i can take legal step against and ask for damages.
