I was discussing for gujrat package with logixholidays.
After initial discussion and finalizing my trip, i paid 5000 to freeze my booking.

Irony is that nobody bother to provide me confirmation, in spite of continuously calling and mailing.
Later i got email to deposit further then only my booking will be confirmed as limited source available. I immediately send 5000 more
Still no reply from logixholidays
All of a sudden i got email that i need to submit 70%, i suspect that this is a fraud i and keep insisting to give me confirmation.
Later i got email that my tour is cancelled.
With no reason
I have booked flight tickets already and suffered 10000 loss and
Now they even denying to pay me my due so i am contacting you
Hope i will get any help

Fraud company.I have all details.Infact when i esquire about bad review on net they said it is resolved and customer is happy.Dont get in to this trap.Dont waste your holidays.

The Guest who Posted Complaint Initially and Later marked is Resolved is Mr. Abhijit Bhattacherjee.
He Traveled Two times from us since then. And also please understand how things work.

In this Travel industry people even ask for 100% refund for Flight Bookings. And other services.

We also have to follow Payment Policies and Terms of Service Rendering Companies.
Hope to serve you better. 97-98 % Customers are Happy from us. When there are more than 50000/- Travelled customers we can very well consider 3-4 Complaints on Web.
And we are continuously trying to get our services to 99.99%
my name is surendra and i paid money of sum 4000 rs to logix holidays towards my stay in varnasi to finish rituals of my mother and i was asked to send 10000 towards advance booking but i sent them only 4000 rs and said will pay rest after reaching varanasi but due to lock down and cancellation of trains my journey is cancelled which is supposed to be on 18th of may, but this ## logix people are not lifting their phones, i sent mails asking for refund but no reply, could you kindly help me

All the numbers are functional. As per update 2 Times you already travelled and 4000/- was adjusted in your Trip. If possible please remove the Statement.

They are big fraudster.
I booked package from them, at the travel time, got affected from Covid, they promised to return some of the amount -3000 rs.
It is about half a year and they never respond on my queries.

Apart from they booked substandard hotel for me which we can book 500 per night on MMT.

Never recommended.

I have booked Lonavala package with logixholidays.
After initial discussion and finalizing my trip, i paid 2000 to freeze my booking.

Irony is that nobody bother to provide me confirmation, in spite of continuously calling and mailing.

I have called operation employee priyanka on today morning as on date 9/11/2020 and now she is saying I need to pay 40% amount of trip and started yelling on me and disconnected call by saying u can mail to the company

This is there way to respond to customer or treat customer like this is this the way service hospitality industry behaves with customer kindly give me my money back right now

Just 2000 Rs which was refunded back on 3rd day of payment just because you didn't have trust.
Normally Token is Non Refundable but as a good gesture Company refunded back 100% paid amount. As per recordings you was asking 100% booking in just 2000/- which was not at all possible. Customer ID was sent to you within 24 hrs.

Fraud company, they cheat customer and service is very bad. They don't know how to speak and very rude with customers.

I got a call from logix company, on 12th november, employee name is pooja and said she has experience of 4years.
She asked me traveling date, pickup and drop location, how many people are traveling, star hotel, and day stay.
I said my tickets are not yet booked, I'm planning between 10-15th Dec, 3 star hotel, 2 adults, 4days.
She said package cost is 17, 000 for 2 adults. I said I'm getting it for 14, 000 from other company. She said they show something else and give Something else, you can't trust them but us. I will give it for 15, 500 last.
(She was sweet, polite and friendly)

Then she send me the details of goa tour package for 3 nights & 4 days. Package cost is 15, 500 for 2 adults.

She called me same day around 6:30pm.
I asked her about meal, she said we don't provide any meal but i will add complementary breakfast in your package. (Breakfast was already included in the package)
I asked her about cab and hotel, she said their drivers are well trained, experience and friendly. On 2nd and 3rd day you can start your tour any time according to you for 9hrs.
Hotels are clean, hygiene and safe. (She didn't mention the name of the hotel. I thought she will be providing me 1 of the hotel out of 4 showed in the package detail.)
I asked her about price, she said let me check, we have offer so you get this package for 13, 000. I asked for 3 adults she said 17, 000. I said it's too much, 1 room is enough for 3, tour and cab is same, you don't provide lunch and dinner, so how can you charge 17, 000.
And I negotiated to 14, 000, and she agreed to it and asked for confirmation. I said give me some time to discuss with my family, and I will let you know. She said this offer is valid for today only, office closes at 7pm and 10mins left, to avail this offer you need to pay 3, 000 to freeze your package. I asked what if my plan is cancelled, i will not get by money back. she said no problem if your trip get cancelled, you can use it in 1year and can plan for any location trip, etc. She told me to send my id proof for varification process and to fill details. So I paid 3, 000 and send my Id proof. She called me after 7:30, at that time I was busy.

Next day she called me afer 12:30pm. I asked her about not receiving any invoices or bill after paying 3000.
She said mam it's your fault, I called you but you don't receive my call. She sounded very rude. I was shocked. I asked her I gave you my id at that moment for details. Then how can you blem me when I have already provided you my details. I can't trust you further I want my money back. She said money they won't give, what ever problem you have write it on mail.

After that they have confirmed my date on their own, they send me wrong date invoice, hotel of 2 star, 800 RS extra for gst. (Pooja knows my tickets are not booked, so how can she confirm my date, and she says she has 4years of experience)

Next day I received called from priyanka, she sounds same like pooja. I feal she changed her name and sounds same. Pooja as Priyanka, called me, she told me to pay 6000 now, she sounds rude. I am trying to tell her my problem she is not interested. And she calls herself a manager. I had very bad experience with logix holidays.

How can anyone make customer understand that you are X person when customer is just predicting that you are Y person. After repeated Explanation of the same thing if Customer is not ready to understand what anyone can do.

Practically Nothing.

Also, After giving services in just token when customer is not ready to pay required amount and Asking to change date of Travel last day.

Practically its not possible to change date of Stay last day. When Property will not agree to change dates.
