I booked my Jim corbett and Auli trip through logix holidays on 23rd Jan and I just cannot belive that someone can cheat on this level. Their sales representative Ms. Shalu called me and sent me itinerary. she gave list of 4 hotel name in the quotation and asked me for my preference.I have selected Corbett View Resort in Jim Corbett, The Tattva in Joshimath and Mountain Rover Resort in Auli.Earlier she said package cost is 32500, I asked her updated package cost after selecting my preferred hotel, she agreed on 32500 only. I have paid 10k advance amount and once the payment is done, neither Mr Shalu responded properly not even Priyanka mam from booking team. They assured to provide hotel booking details and payment receipt within 24 hrs of advance booking but we keep on following to Shalu and Priyanka, and finally after 4 days booking team has provided accomodation in base camp(lower auli) which we can not even compare with my given preferred hotel Mountain rover.In Joshimath also they replaced hotel Tattva with hotel panchvati Inn. I asked Ms Shalu and Priyanka mam to change hotel of my preference but they denied and asked 11800 extra charges for giving accomodation in mountain rover. My only concern is if my preferred hotel has been mentioned in package itinerary and rooms are available in all 3 hotels(as I checked directly with hotels), these people are telling that rooms has been sold out and they forced me to either stay in tent in lower auli or just cancel the package. I even asked them to give me option of some good hotels from where we can choose, but they didn't gave.The strange thing is that they have not provided accomodation in list of 4 hotels mentioned in package, they gave in some third class hotel. I booked my package and paid 40% of the package amount on 23rd january and today is 28th january. We are leaving for trip on 2nd Feb, 3 days are only left for the trip and now after so many follow up they are giving me all the third class hotels list . And his booking member PRIYANKA is so rude that she even dont listen what you are saying she will only say what she wants to not even listening of me and when i argued she just hang up the call on my face saying we have no refund policy and if i have any written commitments or not, don't belive to their sales person They are professional scammer please beaware of their scam . Where Cost of 6 Day Cab is :- INR 22000/-
Hotel of Corbett:- INR 4200/-
Hotel of Joshimath:- 4000/-
Camp First Day :- 4000/-
Camp Second Day :- 4000/-
So the total actual budget is INR 22000/- + INR 4200/- + INR 4000/- + INR 4000/- + INR 4000/- = INR 38200/- is the actual budget.
We gave you the package in INR 32500/-
All the Hotels are Creamy Properties
Note:- Hotels are of 3* Category. Not third class.
Regarding Refunds :-
Refunds are provided to customers as per refund policy.
You may go through the terms and conditions in Offered mail.
Cancellation and Refund
lf circumstances make you cancel your holiday, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing. As per the booking condition of the holiday, we are constrained to levy the following cancellation changes.
When a Cancellation is made -
Time Cancellation amount
45 days or more prior to departure of the tour 30% of package cost
44 to 15 days prior to the departure of the tour 50% of package cost
14 to 07 day prior to the departure of the tour 75% of package cost
07 to 01 day prior to the departure of the tour or No Show 100% of package cost
Additional cancellation charges other than those specified above may be applicable as per the policies of airlines/railway/cruise/hotel and other service providers.
No refund for unutilized nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out.
In case of bad weather/Natural Calamities only re-booking can be made with respective charges to new date and no refund shall be granted.
Complaints must be reported to the hotel / service provider on the spot . Logix Holidays will not be liable for any compensation for a problem which could be rectified during the client’s stay, has the hotel/Logix Holidays been aware of it.
No refund for all confirmed booking.
No refunds can be made in case any of the services included in our tour packages cannot be provided at the time of the tour for reasons beyond our control of such as caused by forces of nature, like typhoon, earthquakes or any other natural calamity that may occur.
Booked package is valid for 365 days from the date to booking. Services must be availed within the specified time else amount will be lapsed and no refund will be provided in that case.
No refunds shall be made in case clients chose to cut their stay at the resort or the hotel or the tour package prepared at the time of booking.
Token amount is non refundable.
