As per process i had submitted the request form.in the request form we written the student name in sequence last name, first name & middle name. Last week when i visited to lokpuram school for admission, when i entered into room then headmistress asked me name of student i told her, she again asked me the same then i told student full name, she again asked me the same i gave same answer then she talked very rudely where is the student name i put my finger on student name then she told why u filled this name like this i said sorry next time we will take care. She again told same, then very rudely tell take pic of fees structure also told me not submitted father aadhar card and not attested birth certificated. I said i will submit with along with admission form. That day i haven't taken admission form
Today we (Wife & me) again visited school while security told we want admission form she sent us inside then ground floor reception i same to one lady she given me token number and send us 1st floor. After waiting 30 min then called us by headmistress i told her last week we did meeting and i just want today admission form then headmistress started same repeating why u written student name wrong my wife said she filled this way next time will take care. But headmistress started talking rudely again u don't understand they why u comes here there are other schools, then i again said sorry and said will take care next time then headmistress started talking in load voice. My wife said she is also teacher and in exam form they follows this process the headmistress shouted on us very loudly.
This was very very miss behaviors. If you have problem with naming sequence then you should mention in the form first name, middle name and last name. It not written on the form.
