i have ordered TSHIRTS & LED EMERGENCY LAMP through online at rediff shopping.

I have ordered Tshirts on 13 Augustt, 2016 LED Emergency Light on 16th August, 2016.

Till 20 of August i found that it was awaiting dispatch for both.

There is no option to cancel it through online. for that we have to contact them through mobile. Why should we cancel the due to their mistake/delay in dispatch. Nearly 10 days gone i have paid totally 1000 rs.

I emailed them regarding this issue. after a day i got reply that Tshirt has been dispatched. And they have some issues with the sellers.

Issues with them only. How can we bear this. I know about consumer complaints . few peoples dont know about it. what they do?

After ordering they have to dispatch it and deliver it on deliver date. still my LED Emergency light is awaiting dispatch status only.

Online purchase is Advanced Technology... when the peoples like rediff doing this who will buy online... i think its a social issue...

kindly take necessary action in this regard.

lokesh
