Lokmat — latest scheme for paper for 2 years launched by m/s lokmat

Dear sir/madam,
I have responded to the recent scheme of lokmat for availability of papers for two years by paying 200/- rs two hundred only to your representative who were campaigning the scheme door to door.
As per scheme, we were given coupon in duplicate which are supposed to submit to the nearest dealer to start the paper on monthly charges of rs 90/-
As i am staying in fursungi, near ibm, hadapsar pune. My nearest news paper agency is shubham news paper agency. But this agency is not ready to accept the coupon as it is. They are demanding the additional charges to start this scheme to us. Also responding in very rude way.
I am facing great difficulty to start my paper as per scheme.
Request to look into it and inform me the nearest news paper agency in my residential area in fursungi.
