I book paper online in your 999 offer for 7 papers on 12.01.2023 but after few days I am told that the payment has come from the same account so the paper / booking is being canceled and your money will be refunded to the account from which it came. But it will be two months from today, but still the money has not been refunded
For that I have interacted with your Pune Shivajinagar office staff John Pereira and Patel but got answers like today will be tomorrow
But please send me my amount as soon as possible

Mr Pallewar (vendor appointed by Mr Gunjan Shah, your distributor at Jalna) was always throwing daily lokmat at footfall dirty places. Mr Pallewar was not improving and when told to improve he responded with rude behaviour telling me that I should shoot video or show me CCTV footage on 10.04.2022. When told that if he is shown about his deficiency in service then what should be done whereupon Mr Pallewar told that his service is to be stopped which means that I and my family should break our very long relationship with Lokmat.

Above fact was complained CCTV to Mr Gunjan Shah on his phone number [protected] on yesterday who tried to sort out but still he did not responded which is gross deficiency in service.

It is time that Lokmat withdraws all works from Mr Gunjan Shan being he working against interests of Lokmat via breaking long relationship between reader and Lokmat. Moreover Mr Pallewar is also collecting more money every month from customers which cannot be without hide n support from Mr Gunjan Shah, which also is deficiency in Service.

On 23/12/2021 a guy naming Nikhil came to my house in Chandannagar and told me the scheme of Lokmat news paper in 120 Rs per month and took 200 Rs advance and given me a coupen and said that you will receive your newspaper from 01/01/2022. But I haven't received any newspaper and now he is not picking my calls and I called your number [protected] mANY TIMEs (almost 5 times) the women(totally ###) says that we will call you later, madam is calling your nearest agency and many more. Please don't waste my valuable time in such thing. Refund my money asap.

In that article they have blamed a girl and also whole girl community for a rape case. They have written that girl should not fall prey to boys for love but no mention of anything about boys behaviour that they should not do such crime against women. (in marathi they have written मुलींनी मुलांच्या नादी लागून आपल्या आई वडिलांची मान शरमेने खाली घालू नये)

In today's (22nd September) paper and epaper there is incorrect information in article of the sports section.
Article is on Mithali Raj's International runs, it is mentioned that the she has completed 20000 runs, which is incorrect. She has just completed 10000 runs and not 20000.
The picture in the article itself defy the information and the title given in the article.
This creates confusion especially the old age people who rely mainly on paper for the information.
Please make sure that no incorrect information is given through such reputed paper

The Indian map shown in the news at the bottom left of the section "mat-matantar" in Lokmat marathi newspaper dated 8th June 2021 Akola edition is not what we use in India. I am not sure if this map should be used because it does not show PoK and Aksai chin which we consider a integral part of India. Motive of the complaint is to prevent such mistakes further.

The person who puts paper at our home is - suprabat near ishanya mall.
However from past 6 months the person is asking for extra money, as per lokmat the price would be 120 for the month. The person keeps on fighting and refused to give the receipt as we have applied for gift scheme by lokmat. Kindly look into this matter, as my mother is very old and she is one who stays at home and this person keeps fighting and asks for 30-50 rupees extra which is wrong as per the policy.my contact number is [protected] number registered with lokmat.

The message is about fake Ph.D. When I searched out your daily news publication of Lokmat on 28th Jan, 2021, there was no news as such then question arises if not published then how it is circulated in Social Media Platform by using Logo of Lokmat.
I have completed my Ph.D from Swami Ramanand Teerth University, Nanded in Engineering branch .Firstly I want to say about the University that is the Govt. University and by proper channel and facing Committee under the guidance of designated Guide I have completed it.
Secondly some person wants to defame me because I had taken a legal action against them and now they are currently jobless so far in a revengeful act may be doing this. Already I had lodged a complaint in Cyber Crime and FIR in Police Station against them for making fake mail Ids and spreading baseless news about me and college to disrepute me and my college.
I am fully law abide citizen and 26 years completed in Academic field on different position by achieving M.Tech from COEP, Pune, B.E. from CWIT, Pune in addition to Ph.D. I have started my career from Cummins College of Engineering, Pune and served over there for 12 years. In my 26 years career there is no any wrong doing act and even as a Principal no issue in ISBM college also. All 700 students and more than 50 staff and management side there is no complaint at all.
So my request to you Sir please find out the person who is doing this and on what basis?

The fraudsters are giving classified ads and Lokmat is publishing them without any verification. The concerned add is from Lokmat classified dated 11.12.2020. The add is regarding a job of typing/writing assignment.

When contacted on published number, they are asking to deposit money (Rs. 2050). This is clearly a fraud and a case if money laundering which is being done through Lokmat news paper.
I never expected such breach of our faith from Lokmat.

I am regular user of lokmat paper but because of your advertisement strategy you do not print any news, nearly more than half of your paper is covered by advertisements. And if you are not aware i am making you aware that we do not pay for ads.one should not this much hungry to get money. U are totally changing the meaning of newspaper and your vision. There should be a limit to advertise. I hope you wll consider my request thank you

We are in nagpur since lockdown with our parental house, living in the area of sbi colony, midc hingna road, which is a good locality of the peoples who are highly educated. The newly metro train line is running very near to our locality, having 2 stations within 300 meters and a forest little wood is beside our colony where good numbers of peoples visiting morning and evening for a walk.

In the month of april 2020, we notice insects in the water, which are supplied by the nmc water supply department. We made complaint to nmc officials and after few days they were visited and instead given solution and immediate action, tried to convince us it’s not the issue of water supply. They were tried to start to find out the problem and when to dig the road to see the water pipeline and observed that the water pipeline is broken and mixed with the sewer line (A new sewer line which is constructed 8 months back) and the sewer line having a big issue, the gaps among the pipeline, the elevation of the pipeline is not aligned to flow biological waste and water. The water from the sewer line was mixing in the drinking water supply and contaminated the drinking water.

Despite of that, engineers and officials were not taken any action and seem handicapped to resolve the issues and problems associated. When we involve local corporate then the problem was resolved and since then our drinking water supply without contamination started receiving.

The problems of the sewer line are still to be resolved. I have made several (30 number) online complaints with video, pictures on nagpur live app, twitter, facebook, and email to all the officials including commissioners and the mayor but no response and even no-reply with courtesy to visiting the site.. Only 2 times grade 4 employees were visited and roam around the area and gone back. The area becomes so disastrous in the rainy season, the sewer line water flows on streets and road, even back in toilets and become hell-like conditions. I spoke with many officials over the phone which are assistant commissioner, executive engineers, engineers but their answer to blame someone and not giving any solutions. Even surrounding society residents pump water of their houses on the road and making it flooded, and no one cares.

With all above my experience and my personal observation, the smart city dream which we would like to see in the future or having good services to citizens will only is a dream and with such government officials we cannot build good cities with highly effective infrastructure in india. I do not see any major milestone can be achieved towards the building india in direction of smart cities, if we could not get basic amenities to be with good condition, the quality with good workmanship, we will be very far from having electronic and automated services.

I think we are moving towards a disastrous cities instead smart city and who will take the onus of this?

Garabge is dumped in lot of amount in our society compound by outsiders and society people even the municipality is not taking any ajenda to clean it nor collecting garbage properly due to this garabge is collected in a huge amount
Over 128 families live over hear there is a risk of dengu malaria to them

Even the mseb or municipal corporation is not helping

Am the daily reader of lokmat paper since from 1month one advertisement for job vacancy in airport is circulating. I have responded to that and call them for job they said "send me your resume n document we will verify n call u back"
After sending the details of document on their whatsapp no. Next day they call n told ur document has verified n u have to pay 1100rs for registration after that they demanded for 8500rs for uniform n all i had paid. They said u will get the courier after paying this much amount online.
But i didn't get the courier then i ask them then they said ur file is stop for the insurance claim for that u have to first pay 9000rs then u will get the courier.
Means how much they r going to full ones
I request u to take an immediate action n first stop this advertisment n i want my money back from them (9600).

I am lokmat marathi newspaper reader since from 23 years but from last 2- 3 year credibility and loyality in respect of actual news of marathi lokmat news paper decrease very fastly. I have also seen that lokmat paper print maximum biased news this decrease it's crase of marathi reader. I have also complaint that maximum pages of lokmat newspaper covered the advertisement so please intervene the subject.

It's not available and it's fake. Please check and provide your true service if possible. It's just for your information. If it's true please share details. As early possible. I am a lokmat customer hence type of news waste my time. It's cost who barred.

I got the massage puk vima 38000 rs has credited, so i goes there to withdraw money on second day, i subbmited 30000 slip but there was only 11000 balance was showing so i asked branch manager who and how withdraw the money and asked for statement but he refused to give, then said him am going to file complaint on you, after that he immediately credited mone 21000 in my account

Hi, actually i have take lokmat marathi news paper in one of scheme for two yrs and i paid rs200. And now paying monthly rs100.
Now i want to stop news paper due to some reasons. I had inform to customer care on yesterday [protected]. Stop news paper from 1st of may18 but today also i received lokmat paper why? If you are not stop paper imejetly then don't ask to me for payment.

I have taken lokmat's latest scheme with 200 rupee registration in which i am getting service for 2 year. And i am uncomfortable with lokmat policy which was not shared while taking policy:
1. Apart from paper amount i have to pay delivery charges to the distributor.
2. While being out of station i can not stop paper service for specific days.
As per distributor he will collect all papers from these specific days and these days are chargeable to me. Why should i pay for these specific days??

Kindly update your service policy or refund my amount as these specific details are not provided to me (Customer) while registering for this service.

I have responded to the recent scheme of lokmat for availability of papers for two years by paying 200/- rs two hundred only to your representative who were campaigning the scheme door to door.
As per scheme, we were given coupon in duplicate which are supposed to submit to the nearest dealer to start the paper on monthly charges of rs 90/-
As i am staying in fursungi, near ibm, hadapsar pune. My nearest...

From last couple of weeks people in vishrantwadi and surrounding area are facing problems of electricity cuts. Every time there is a high temperature or little rain or possibility of rain mseb cuts the power supply. Time of power cut is in the range of 0.5 to 12 hrs. I have started thinking like we are living in some outskirts where there is no power supply. I don't know about others but tingrenagar area is the most affected area in the power cuts.
First off all roads are not good here and in that if there is no power supply it gets difficult to walk down on to road.
Request you to please take a note of this matter as nobody even mseb complaint office doesn't pick the calls for this issue.

That can be break down when wind blows very fastly. And its dangerous for the family which was staying in that house which was under the tree. By that a serious damaged or death can caused,

I had seen the add in lokmat paper in pune supplimentary which is fake add and because of that i loosed my 24000 ruppes.
Because fraud people were given that add, it is the responsibility of lokmat news paper that each and every add in the paper
Who is given the the company shall demands of their proper identity. That add came 5 days in paper. It is the duty of lokmat paper to ensures that the people who are given the add get their proper living address and contacts and if that please give me the no and adress.

Every week it happens that once or twice we haven't received our newspaper.. And as these Lokmat people comes on time to collect money..Why we haven't received our second gift from long time now it is upto a month that we submitted a 200/- rupees cheque for gift and to subscribe. It is just because my mom and dad like to read this newspaper otherwise I wouldn't have continued with this type of services.
