Lokmat — Lokmat gift coupon not given by Shreedatta News Paper Agency

Daily I receive Lokmat Marathi news paper at my home (Address: L103, Trillium, Magarpatta City, Hadapsar, Pune, 411013) by Shreedatta News Paper Agency (Address: Hingane Lane, Hadapsar, Pune 411028). Agency is run by Sunny Nevase whose mobile number is [protected]. As per the Newspaper policy, those who have given an advance of cheque Rs.200 will get a gift coupon from the agency. By taking gift coupon one has to go to Lokmat office at Mega Center, Hadapsar, Pune, then the same office gives out the gift. I had contacted Sunny Nevase with the request of gift coupon. Initially he told me that he will provide me soon but later on he stopped responding to my phones. I called up him more than 50 times since last one week but he did not pick my phone. Hence, yesterday night at 11pm I called him up so he told me that he will do police complaint as I called him up so late at night. I told him that I will do his complaint at Lokmat office. I suppose this should not be the behavior of a service provider with consumer. He should be polite with consumer and provide a proper service.
