I submit cheque of rs 759/- to start the loksatta paper schme on 15/01/17 the cheque cleared dated 04/02/17, as per receipt and discussion with loksatta executives scheme will start from mid of the month of feb 17 but after 2 months still the paper is not started. Afterwords i personally in contact with loksatta executives related the same but they only give me answer that i looked in to the matter give me 2days for enquiry but after that no one is receiving my call.
