Loksatta — loksatta scheme rs.799/- for 14th month

Dear sir/madam,
I submit cheque of rs 799/- to start the loksatta paper schme on 18/05/18 the cheque no.864189 cleared dated 31/05/18, as per receipt and discussion with loksatta executives scheme will start from mid of the month of 01/06/2018 but after one months still the paper is not started. Afterwords i personally in contact with loksatta executives related the same but they only give me answer 1st jully 2018 will start paper regular but today 2nd jully 2018 not start paper. This really hurts and disturb me...
