I placed an order (Order ID: #121990) on 28 March from the company’s website.
After placing the order, I tried to contact customer support regarding my issue (address change).I had requested the company to change my delivery address. The company updated my address/order details (#122112 ) accordingly. However, instead of delivering the product, they cancelled my order on 30 March 2026 without informing me or taking my consent.
After multiple follow-ups, they agreed to process a refund and asked for my bank details. I provided the same, and I was assured that the refund would be credited within 10–12 days. However, the refund has still not been credited, which shows negligence and deficiency in service.
Despite multiple emails and messages, the company has not responded.
