Longway mixer grinder purchased but after use few days there is sparkel and fire indication showed moter side in this reason i cant use this mixer. So please kindly issue the item return & refund / replacement. if refund pays the my account....

Bought from Amazon, Water leakage started after few weeks, no response to repeated request....

I purchased a Longway induction cooker from Flipkart in January 2024. On June 26, 2024, I reported an issue with the cooker not working properly. Despite multiple follow-ups and assurances from Longway's customer service, my problem remains unresolved.

Timeline of events:
- June 26, 2024: Reported the issue and received ticket confirmation.
- June 28, 2024: Called helpline, told to wait another 24 hours.

I have made complain of Induction three times within last fifteen days, but no respons got from any service agency.

Water Geyser completely rusted because of water leakage issue.Customer support is irresponsible and very rude..In terms and conditions they simply mentioned warranty not covered if it is hard water region but during installation no one checked the level of tds
They not even mentioned water tds level also in Terms and conditions..

Very very poor customer service.

They are kidding like nothing will come...

Simply I tell to the new customers don't buy any thing from this Longway cheaters they don't give you after sales support which means no warranty for any product but they mentioned 12 or 24 months warranty it's only for sale their products. After 4 months from the date of purchase my pedestal fan not working try to claim warranty multiple times they don't giving a proper response or solution, their CS executive suddenly cut our call while talking with them..

I ordered a mixie on 17-Oct-2023 (Order No:[protected] and received the mixie on 25-Oct-2023. The smoke came from mixie on 27-Nov-2023. I raised a complaint and they acknowledged. But they have not attended the problem so far.

I purchased the new geyser through Amazon. I waited 10 days for the service person to come and fix it. But no one came. So I called the plumber and fixed it. But the water is not getting heated.

The plumber said this was the geyser issue. So you call customer care. I tried to call the service person. But no luck. No one is responding.

Can someone help me to resolve this issue?

My fan is not working from last 15 days and they are not helping with complaint no. even. they are giving a link to complaint and that link is not working. please help.

Through Amazon longway mixer grinder ordered on 3march 2023 with standard warrenty of 1 year and motor warrenty of 2 year...
It is not working even without load...as if on 22 April 2023
It's still under warranty so I want it to be working condition or it should be replaced

After 2, 3 month mixer stopped working. When switched on it worked with a different sound and can see a red light inside the mixer, then suddenly stopped working. I have been complaining about this in their customer care number for 2 months. They asked to send the product photo and video along with the invoice. I have done that. Then asked to fill a Google form to register the complaint. After registering the complaint there is no response from their side. Pls arrange the replacement of the product.

While using mixer grinder fire and smoke coming out. Dangerous to use.Very much aggrieved. Pls arrange for replacement of the product...

Hot water was not coming from the electric geyser, so I also called the company's toll free number [protected] to complain about it but no help has been given. Even though it has just been ordered or the same item has also been given a warranty, still the same company is not being helped by the owner.

Hello sir I purchased gas guiser lpg on25/8/2022...after 15days it is not worked properly..thae flame of guiser automatically stopped and not come hot water...this problem is began everyday ..and I complaint it on customer care and send video and show guiser on video call them..and then I discuss with senior officer of long way...they told me not to provide technicians and told me to show guiser my technicians.they also told that they provide parts only ... technicians not provided by them..I called technicians and he checked and told me that circuit and censor are bad and not worked properly.now in your care person told me to send photo ..i send it .and they are not received my phone ..care and senior officer both.. please resolve my problem and send technicians or

I'm using mixer grinder since April, recently 5 days back I have seen issue in motor like getting sparkles while running

I don't know how the company is selling it's Geyser product without the technician or the service engineer...

When I spoke to the customer care of this company, simply the employee is saying that

I should call any local electrician and the work should be get done... simply the company will sell the spare parts...

No technician will be provided from the company..

I should buy the spare parts from the company only..

what is this...

If the technician do any thing wrong without knowing the functionality of the geyser ...

who will take the responsibility...

What kind of service is this ..

I buy a longway mixer grinder in Flipkart, within 10 days, it is stop working.
I contacted Flipkart, there is no response.

I have 1 yr warranty to claim.

Long way company providing false information to consumers having exchange of products if there is any issues.
And there are not implenting return policies
And there is no customer care support.br...

I installed my new long way creta fan and after Turning ON the fan started heating and soon after the heating, the fan started making cranky noises. And too irrigating . I cannot find any helpline from longway side.

I have purchased Longway 10 L instant water geyser on[protected].

It was water leaked in the joint and inflow & outflow cable. ( Please refer my attached video)

I have ordered two quantities of Longway Creta P2 1200mm ultra high speed 3 blade ceiling fans from Flipkart on 24th June, 2022 which were delivered on 27th June, 2022.
Four to five days back i.e., on 1st July 2022 I installed one of those fans and after Turning ON the fan started heating and soon after the heating, the fan started making cranky noises. I cannot find any helpline from longway side. Even their email is incorrect.
Please provide support either through the Customer service Agent that can visit home and repair the fan or by exchanging this fan for the new one.
