Dear sir
This company has cheated us by the name of geuine product of boss and send the chinese product and take the amount no i am requested to refund by amount 3299/-
I had purchased the bose soundlink bluetooth speaker from lookawesome.in, the online retailing website. The product is not authentic & is a duplicate of the real bose product. The retailer is also not responding to the email, also the phone number given on their website is switched off. So there is no contact between us & the company. Also, they are using the name of bose for their business and cheating the customers. I want my money back and i will see to it that the company returns the same before i lodge a complaint with the police & also file a case against the company for cheating

Please return and refund the amount as i have purchased on 10feb 2018 order no 12154, as i have order the
