I ordered 3 products for rs 444.16 . order no 9104 on oct 21st 2021. payment for this purchase was made via Razorpay and was processed immediately. I have sent multiple emails and contacted the phone number mentioned on the website but I have received no response from either. As on today I'm yet to receive these products and have no idea whether I will receive them. I sincerely urge the relevant authorities to look into this case and take strict action against Lookhomey for the blatant cheating that they are doing with customers. Was this information helpful? |
