I have order few items from lookhomy but didnt received those items, and there is no communication from their side.

From the lookhomy.com site Powered by Shopify I ordered few things and my order was prepaid, it's already been more than a month or two but I haven't received any goods, I tried contacting with the site as well as to Shopify but nothing worked out. I tried to raise the issue with Gpay and with my bank for refunds but they couldn't help me getting my refund... Lastly I am filing this complaint here, this site seems fraud please take a strict action/if possible help us in raising our refunds as I am sure many other consumers might have trapped by lookhomy.com

The product is not yet delivered and online payment is done.
This is an FAKE website and FRAUD too.
Please take an necessary actions on the same and please assist for my REFUND amount of INR 1800 at earliest.

I placed an order on lookhomy worth 1600 on 16th October. It's been more than a month but I have not received my order. Now when I open the website, it says "Something went wrong.
What happened?
This store isn't taking orders right now."

There is absolutely no way to contact the website and I don't know how to track the products now. This is complete fraud.

I have order a dinner set from lookhomy...even after so many days I haven't received my order .It looks as if it is a fake site.I suggest whoever is ordering any thing from this side plz don't do.

I bought products worth ₹609.28 on 20th October 2021 from lookhomy.com featured in facebook page. I paid the amount through online payment system. After the payment was completed, I received a mail from [protected]@yahoo.com that my order #7767 was shipped and on the way.

But till now I haven't received any mail from them nor my order could be tracked. I mailed them twice, one on 27th October and the other on 28th October to enquire about my order, but didn't receive any reply till date.

The most interesting part is, now I can't even login to the website to check the product details.

It is highly requested to take immediate and stringent action against such fake shopping websites who cheat millions of innocent customers in the name of lucrative items...

Such a disgusting people making this kind of fraud. Sending dupe is still fine but fraud like this is very ridiculous. It is fake site and it is not matter of some little amount but collect little little amount from many, will benefit them in infinity..beware

I ordered few items worth 1331 from this site on 21 October 2021
The payment was done through razorpay gateway
No shipment details
No order updates
No delivery details
And now the site is closed
Totally a FAKE website
There are no means to contact seller, so I submitted complaint through razorpay
But no response from their side also
It is a scam and action should be taken against such fraud people
There is no option for COD
Such oversmart people
Strict action should be taken and Mone should be returned to all customers
Or either deliver the products
The site was meant just to gain money and nothing else
Remember if you take 1 rupee by fooling people, you will lose 100 rupees

Ordered few products for ₹611 on 19th Oct'21 however have not received any updates from the last one month and now even the site also is not accessible. Seems to be fake.

Lookhomy .com is a fake site . I have ordered an item from lookhomy but nothing delivered from their side.Contact no. Mentioned on their site is also a wrong. Got no answer from email also.
Something should have done for this fraud.Internet is full of such sites. This must be stopped.This is our hard earned money and these sites must be banned.

Lookhomy.com is a fake website. It didn't deliver my products and it has been a month since i ordered from them. now on tracking the product it says 'it doesn't take any orders now'. just ridiculous. please take action on these kind of sites and give back refunds of all the customers.

I placed order still not received the order no response from the lookhomy, their mail id [protected]@yahoo.com contact numbers not working. Amount is paid it's fraud online shopping idols were huge discount

I have purchased 7 no items from lookhomy.com and paid Rs 1592.32 via razorpay with order no. #5755 on 18th October 2021. Till date no delivery and can't be contacted the seller. Site is not opening.

Been over a month, no items in my order have been delivered, after payment made.

I purchased one product from this lookhony.com site on last month, since then I did not received any delivery mail or any tracking number from them. Seems it's a fake website to loot peoples. Even contact details also fake.
I strongly recommend do not buy any product from this site.

I have placed an order (#4500) with lookhomy.com for dinner set & show pieces which was advertised by them on facebook on 17/10/2021 and an advance payment of INR 381.44 was made but till today (04/11/2021) I have not received my ordered items.

Now I believe that It is a fake e-commerce site to making fraud with innocent people like me, active on face book and other platforms of social media. Now I want my money back and request concerned authority to impose ban on such fake sites and e-commerce stores and take necessary legal action on them.

I ordered 3 products for rs 444.16 . order no 9104 on oct 21st 2021. payment for this purchase was made via Razorpay and was processed immediately. I have sent multiple emails and contacted the phone number mentioned on the website but I have received no response from either. As on today I'm yet to receive these products and have no idea whether I will receive them. I sincerely urge the relevant authorities to look into this case and take strict action against Lookhomey for the blatant cheating that they are doing with customers.

I have also paid 570 ruppes paid for it through my UPI but till now there is no information nor any contact, no site seems to be there, I have also mailed on the site's email id but no response came

I ordered some items from this website amounting to Rs 1592 and paid via Razorpay but after so many days there is no delivery or an information from their side. Even after successive emails there is response.

Paid 450 rs. Kindly refund.
