Poor communication and highly disappointed.
Last week (4 oct), i visited looks salon (Building no 10, tower c, cyber city) for smoothning consultation. They suggested for kerasilk (Smoothning + keratin) and mentioned the kerasilk price on their visiting card and handed over to me. Today (8 oct) again when i visited salon to book an appointment, then they denied to go with the same price which they offered last week thursday and said this was a wrong communication, we can't proceed with this amount. You should pay 2, 500/ more on top of the offered price.
This is highly disappointing and bad customer experience. Looks is such a big brand and they are not stick to their words. Was this information helpful? |
