I got my hair done in looks salon located in V3S Mall, Laxmi nagar, Delhi. They charged me 10k+GST for kera-smoothening. And after 2-3 days my hair got damaged, rough and start falling like a mop. I was expecting better results after paying so much money on my hair treatment but the result is so horrible. Even 2 years ago I took the same treatment from local salon only for 4k and I got far better result than this time. Very unprofessional...

It hasn't been even a month since my wife got her hair straightened but from the first day she doesn't look like she has straightened her hair. Fake quality product is used in hair. 12 k approx Money was wasted. Please don't go omaxe cannaught place looks saloon outlet. It is honest review

The staff suggested me to go for a facial which costs around 4500 Rs and is organic and will not harm my skin. The same day I got severe allergy on my face with so much pimples, redness and iching.

I had visited looks model town on 27.11.2022. After the service are done the lady over the offered a package deal of 15000 for which I would get services of 20000.since I was not carrying my phone the I had to ask for the confirmation opt.
Taking advantage of the situation the lady debited 25000 from my account offering the package deal of 35000 which I was not aware of.this is an unauthorised transaction where she took the advantage that was not carrying my phone and debited 35000 from my card.
Kindly take necessary action against such malpractices.

I went on looks charmwood eros a week ahead there. For hairwash and blow dry it costed me 250 rs. But when I did the same thing on looks salon saket they charged me freaking 1000/- and the service was also not upto mark. The blower was too hot it almost burned my skin and scalp and the brush they used it was also tangling with my hair.

Worst salon fake products they use no customer service juat wasted money kust foe taking pics for there oage they did 2 times pressing & just after one wash all keratin gone hairs become so much dull & dry damaged can not explain pl looks rohtak haryana is totally waste do not waste your hard earned money over there

This is to bring to your address that Paschim Vihar Looks Salon is cheating on the customer visits.
I am a regular customer of this salon and on 02Feb2020 I had paid INR 9320.00 in advance for touch up services. Unfortunately, lockdown situation happened and the salons were closed. Due to corona, I stopped visiting parlors. However, I checked with salon over landline whether my deposit is safe as I will not be able to visit due to corona. I was assured that my money is safe and I can visit anytime. No expiry was mentioned.
Today, I went to salon for services almost after 1.5 years and I was shocked to see my fake entries in the register for 2020. Staff has deliberately touched the books or gave services to someone else, but those were fake entries. You can check CCTV FOOTAGE to confirm.
Now, I want my remaining money back. Its a case of fraud and i want my money back.

I have done hair colour from looks salon, Mathura in the month of July 2021 which was faded very soon .The staff of looks salon assured me that the hair colour will retain minimum for 6 months but it's fading despite o[censored]sing colour freeze shampoo.
I have paid approx Rs. 8000/- to the salon for best service but my money wasted.

I went to looks salon gorakhpur as I had my appointment scheduled for hair colour and kera smoothening...
I have earlier also visited the salon and was quite satisfied...this time I could sense that they have started compromising a lot with their services and quality...

The colour and highlights done was pathetic making no sense..even the kera smoothening done was useless...I am unable to explain the condition of my hair...they charged 21000 from me and it was all kaam chalau...

I am not happy and will never visit again..
I m sorry looks no offence against anybody but you people have started making money...All the best...

I have taken smoothing treatment and they burnt my all hair and cut al my waist length hair now they shout on me when I said what have you done with my hair

I went to looks salon pvr anupam saket on 12 feb 2020 and got smoothening with keratin done and came for wash on 14 th feb 2020
I didn’t got the desired result as after wash wavy and curly hair was there and the stylist went for prayer and i was supposed to wait for him to come, no value for customer’s time
They are so unprofessional and uses fake products only knows how to make money

I am really disappointed with looks sarojini nagar branch, what happened, i steped out to your salon in the month of oct 2019, avaied 4-5 setvices worth rs 15k
I have made one advance payment for 2 services out of which one i availed on 23rd nov 2019
And somehow my bill has been lost, yesterday i went to your salon and askes them to avail one service for which payment already made in advance, the girl who is handling reception denied to me that if you dont have bill copy we will not allow
I gave her that debit msg as payment done by card, still she denied
The way she talked me to was very pathetic,
I also work with hdfc bank and i am novery much aware about how to hande customer or how to speak with them
With this kind of attitude how u guys can operate your salon

Looks it self is a big brand and this type of behaviour is not acceptable
Since jan 2019 i have spent more than 20k in sarojni nagar branch
And yesterday incident was unforgiven!!

Nees urgent action on this else i will escalate this to senior level

South delhi looks salon is not a salon but a sham to loot people and damage their hair /scalp due to improper handling of chemicals and lack of training of these employees for the same. A day ago i got my hair colored at the salon and even after going for all the expensive treatments and a totally bill of ~25k, my scalp is so chemically damaged and was burning the whole time that i had to see a dermatologist but as shocking as it may sound this is not my only complaint. It's not just the scalp damage but everything about this salon shouts - don't come here ever again. There is no management whatsoever at this franchise. The owner of the franchise is never present and the manager is too lazy to respond to any of your queries and connects you with a hair stylist instead names 'happy' (Real name : mr. Mohan kumar as declared by him). This guy named happy - is extremely unprofessional. I have had certain pleasant experiences at looks salon but it is this franchise which is a total sham. Most of the times one notices that hair color professionals are often distinct for males and females but while my scalp was burning and i was calling happy - this guy was hair coloring men - and women alike at the same time which should generally not be an issue but this guy was handling like 8 people at a time and getting done even major things by the folks who are just assistants and meant to blow dry hair. While my scalp was burning and i asked the assitant - he didn't even know what product it was! When he called happy - he was busy with 5 other folks and no attention whatsoever was paid. By the time i could walk out of the salon it was too late and i had to suffer the damage. The untrained assistants who at other franchise of looks only are there to hold hair and blow dry and shampoo hair were made to mix and apply chemicals on hair at this salon! Not just my scalp but there are color stains on my neck and face alike and when i told happy - he was indeed disrespectful and unprofessional. On top of that i was short to medium lenvtj hair uptill only my shoulder and i was charged 10 k for just till shoulder length. The very next day when i called the salon to check the price they informed that it's 5000. This franchise is a sham and should be shut down. You guys don't ever go to this place

Last week (4 oct), i visited looks salon (Building no 10, tower c, cyber city) for smoothning consultation. They suggested for kerasilk (Smoothning + keratin) and mentioned the kerasilk price on their visiting card and handed over to me. Today (8 oct) again when i visited salon to book an appointment, then they denied to go with the same price which they offered last week thursday and said this was a wrong communication, we can't proceed with this amount. You should pay 2, 500/ more on top of the offered price.

This is highly disappointing and bad customer experience. Looks is such a big brand and they are not stick to their words.

I wish to share the harassment I am undergoing for no fault of mine at the hands of Looks Salon, Logix Mall, City Centre, Sec 32, Noida.
On the 30 th of May, with some time to spare, while waiting for my daughter to finish her exam, I decided to go to the nearest Mall from her exam centre in search of a Salon. And soon I found myself at Looks Salon on the IInd floor of the Logix Mall. Beautiful interiors and as usual more than necessary ' friendly' and 'wise' staff.

But the real "fun" began when it was time to pay.
My debit card was swiped twice and both times the Bank messaged me that the amount 4620/- was deducted, but the Salon's POS Machine showed a Declined status. They tried a third time, but my poor account had more or less dried up by then.
The cashier and his manager soon lost all their 'Oh so carefully cultivated courtesy' as they began to see me as a 'free user'. My showing them the bank message meant nothing. They demanded their pound of flesh. I was told the problem was between me and the Bank, so why should the Salon suffer. Welcome rudeness!!!

I did not know what to do..., so I scavenged through my wallet and paid through two different debit cards with the remainder money in cash. It was embarrassing, shocking to say the least.

A quick trip to the CitiBank ATM on the IIIrd floor proved that the money had been deducted twice... but if you think the Salon staff agreed... well no. I was told to go to Bank branch, approach the call centre... after all it was not their problem. They had received the money... three times over.

A visit to the Bank branch next day revealed what had been the truth... the money had been deducted twice. So off I ran ( rather drove in UBER) back to the Salon.

My triumph became a whimper within minutes of reaching the Salon. " No ma'am", what can we do, we did not receive the money twice extracted from you.", said Mr. Wasim and Mr.. Mohnish.

So now 3 days are gone from the day of the incident. I have not received any call from the Salon even to confirm what their bank records show, leave alone an apology.

Mr. Mayank Yadav, the owner of the Salon has no time for small fish like me. Every time I call the Salon, they make false promises of checking their records and reverting back to me.
Now, I will be lodging official complaint with the Bank in hope that I will receive my lost money.
But who is going to compensate me for loss of time, money, harassment in this entire episode.
My experience at the Salon, especially with relation to client management and support has been very poor and I will not recommend this Salon to anyone.

LOOKS SALON may be a big name, but their Franchise owners have a very small heart.

I have visited paschim vihar looks, name of the person is Bindu, got hair color done but what we agreed upon and whats being done was entirely different when I disputed about it lady was rude and started misbehaving saying that you dont know anything about it I did not pay 8k to get such service if you cant provide a good service as per customer requirement then give the money back or fix it there is way a consumer should be treated like this bu your employee.

Hi there This is mayank chaudhry from kavi nagar ghaziabad, went to your looks salon situated in gaur mall rdc, i went to pedicure and head massage where i was asked to sit on massage chair but after five mins mr ARVIND (manager) asked me to get down and sit on another chair Which was very insulting and is not acceptable on this level, i can take action in many ways as the owner of the mall is a good friend of mine but first I would like to inform you people about this behavior Please look into the matter

I have got hair smoothening done from looks after which it is supposed to stay for more than 8 months its a chemical procedure. They have spoiled my hairs i saw after 4-5 days my hairs were spoiled procedure was not done properly i asked them to refund my amount owner misbehaved and abused and denied to refund and even head office in delhi hands up they cant help in refunding. Please help me.

I had gone with my family in looks salon ,the service was very poor. The staff is very rude after hair wash they leave us in between and start attending new customer. when we ask for hair cut they says we r busy with another customer. Wait for 20 mins.

Never go to looks salon...
