Loop Mobile — Been getting Edge drops no connectivity

I have complained and called a lot to your customer service providers even went to the gallery all they say is it will be taken care in 4 working hours and nothing happens i have been associated with this company for 12 years n maybe more very sad to see such unprofessional service don't know who to talk to even the technical team seems not to know their job. i don't get call backs instead ii am told as a customer to call the technical team directly instead of them calling me . pathetic service don't know what can be done anyhow . really thinking of porting out of this service so angry and fed up of Loop Mobile
