Dear Loop Team, I am with loo
mobile since years now.There was a blind trust with the company and
also faith in the company's work which made me careless towards your
services.since 4th july 2014, y views have changed drastically towards
company and also towards customer care executives.
The mail purpose wiriting today is just that i need to raise a
feedback for betterment & also for the trust that was broke by the
customer care executive.Let me just ellaborate the scenario for the
company.
On 4th july at 8.04 am i called the customer care for
activating the net for mobile no.[protected], where officer wh said she
activated for 57rs which will be recharged from the a/c and will get
activated within 4hours.As i told that i have a blind trust towards
company and its services, i didnt check wheater the mobile no. is
recharged or no. Later on 6th july 2014, I Spoke to the custmer care
officer for the net problem which was not working due to low balance,
as the officer i spoke on 4th july 2014, didnt recharge hence my 90rs
balance was just deducted. which is personally is upset with such kind
of service from such a company where i had a blind trust.
Later I spoke to various officers SULTANA, ASAD, IZHAR, MEETH
ETC. Some responded gud, some were really bad, .As they have no bettter
future in the customer service line.I m highy disappointed from these
services.One of your senior officer suniana singh was suppose to call me
on 6th july 2014 at 5pm, still it is not 5pm for her & let me
remind you we are on 19th july 2014.I m badly upset from the service
what loop mobile has given to me, It might be a ignorance or company
doesnt care if one customer deactivates the loop service provider.But Mr
Naresh Reddy whom i spoke rudely on 19th july 2014, Made sure what i
needed and gave the resolution.i want to give company a advice.Kindly
appoint Officers like Mr Naresh Reddy.Rather Keeping Some officers who
are only for the rudeness.
