I learn from your Gallery in response to my enquiry, that I have been charged Rs. 495/- for overseas call to London on each of the days 16th & 17th April. I wish to point out that I am 87 years old, and I am unable to speak on phone for more than 10 minutes at a time.. It is not possible for me to speak continuously on phone for 30 minutes continuously at a time.. I should have been charged for only 10 minutes on each occasion. If you agree, then It is expected that you give me credit for and Refund to me the excess charges charged to me on 2 days as stated above..I have been your regular payer for several years and have never defaulted in payment at any time.
