On 18th Feb'14 we have purchased 2 new loop post paid Sim([protected], [protected]). The loop co. representative Mr raj and Mr mudasir came to our room and sell those Sim with the assurity that the Sim will be activated in one day of time. I paid them 700/- for 2 Sim.
Since that day I was following up your 2 representative for Sim activating, raj no. is getting switched off from first day and Mudasir is continuously disconnecting my call.

I am continuously calling the loop customer care but no assistance. Is being provided. Finally after so many efforts somwhow i could be able to get the Manager No. Mr Miranda. After a long discussion with him he said his representative come to my room for address verification but no one has come from side till date. I have mail them 6-7 times no response has come,
At last company said you do what ever you want ( Mr Miranda Words to me)
Its my one time request to them either your representative contact me in concern to this else I have take serious step againts such kind of fraudent behaviour .
If the matter will not be taken with your primary concern then on Monday I will registered the complaint.
Note: Bill receipt of 2 new Sim is with us.
