Loop Mobile — No network in cuffe parade mumbai and service intermittent

I have registered a complaint on the 6th of june 2014 at the customer care no provided with regards to my prepaid account, telephone no [protected] but upto today ie the 16th of june 2014 the matter has not been resolved. Mine is a prepaid account, which i am holding for the last 15 years. But of recent the loop mobile service has been awful. I am totally disgusted. My complain reference no is doc/c/06069033. I have made several calls but no one seems to know what is happening or going on. My grievance is that i am not getting the network at my place of work which is cuffe parade in mumbai. Also at other places the network is intermettient. (It comes and goes).
Will someone have this problem rectified immediatel
