Loop Mobile — Non Refund of Security Deposit from Loop Mobile

Dear Sir/Madam, This is with reference to Security Deposit of INR 3000.00 towards ISD Calling Facility in Loop Mobile, kindly note that I have been informed that after Porting out Loop will generate the Bill (Dated 4/12/2014) & will start refund process within 25 Days. But till date I have not received refund of my Balance amount i.e. INR 2087.00. Tried to send Email but it getting bounced, no one picking up the phone. Kindly update the same. Regards, Faisal Parkar
