I am advocate and my name is Rajendra Bhaskar Gaikwad. I have taken mobile services of Loop Mobile. I have requested to the Loop Co for mobile Porting Code under my request No.LM589339 for my Mobile No.[protected] as I have to change the said Co. due to not having 3G services and to avail mobile services of Vodafone as they are having 3G services. However, the Loop Co. is passing time and not ready to give correct Porting Code to the Vodafone as Vodafone has sent me SMS that "THE PORTING CODE DOES NOT MATCH THE DONOR ALLOCATED PORTING CODE FOR THIS NUMBER. PL. CONTACT YOUR CURRENT OPERATOR FOR FURTHER DETAILS". I have requested thrice since 5th November, 2013 to Loop Co. I have also contacted them on tollfree No.198. they told me that Porting Code shall be given within 90 (ninety) days. Meantime they have also disconnected my services by giving reason for address verification. I went to their Borivali (West) Gallary and they have again started services. It is also found that my name is wrongly recorded in their record inspite of I have submitted all the address proof, photo identification proof before six/seven years back. I have also resubmitted all the documents thrice within 3 three years. Inspite of providing all the documents, my correct name is not mentioned last 7-8 years and they are rendering services in wrong name.
Under above circumstances, it is realise that the Loop Co. is not ready to give any co-operation in the above matter. I, therefore, requesting you to kindly lodge my complaint and take necessary action against them. Was this information helpful? |
